For a family of six this room was awesome. It was like being at home but on vacation. It was clean newly renovated close to all the venues quiet peaceful fun exciting enjoyable. I will stay here again.

I stayed in the two bedroom two bath with a living room. All the amenities were there and if you needed more you can just call the front desk. They were prompt in delivering extra towels and called once a day to make sure that we had everything we needed. it's not too many places where you find hospitality cleanliness space for a family of six that's cost effective and efficient.

Sorry I didn't take any pictures of the bedrooms but it came two Qbeds in the kids room and one king size bed in the main room with a pull out couch in the living room if needed. There were three TVs one in each room and you can't beat that

Gorgeous property, beautiful vistas, sprawling landscape, spacious accommodations and very clean, just to begin. Sleep quality was great and the beds were very comfortable. 3rd floor balcony view from the Magnolia Unit was breathtaking. The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Unit was just perfect for my family. My grandson was the king since he didn't have to share a bed or room with anyone(the queen sofa bed was his kingdom.) The onsite playground was nice for the little ones to burn off extra energy, having 3 pools and 2 hot tubs was definitely a bonus for the kids to be able to spread out and have fun. We enjoyed watching others play chess, checkers and miniature golf from our balcony since they were right outside our unit. WIFI is not free but there are reasonable bundles for up 8 devices and 10 days. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room so you can take home clean clothing. All the comforts of home at you fingertips. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Great time had by all.

This is a beautiful resort with a location close to outlet and other shopping (plus restaurants and the theme parks). There will be new buildings soon but, for now, the full-size washers and dryers are not located in the units but are located on various floors. (This could be different in the new buildings.) We made this work even though we prefer to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was clean and the only issue was that the kitchen appliances worked but they could use an update.

Pros: Good location and unit size
Cons: Small pools that need to be reserved in 3 hour blocks. We arrived at 345 pm (which is 15 min prior to check in time, after being told that the manager had to "check" the room we ended up sitting in the lobby for over an hour. When we arrived in the room it was nothing special. Size was good, but there is no conditioner, the toilet was wobbly, some of the paint was chipping and everything was just "meh".. This is a 3 star hotel going for 4 star based on size of the room, but as well all know, its not always size that matters... All in all what it looks like is that the builders had grand ideas and then ran out of money which led to smaller and smaller pools, a playset that you can buy at costco and amenities that work. If your staying for a couple days it isnt bad, but I wouldnt plan long trips. Just tell the guys at the front desk you arent interesting in their speech and move on..

WiFi is extra....even though under $20, it's the principle. How many places still charge for WiFi?!? We requested a ground floor in advance as my husband is disabled, but they couldn't accommodate us.

This is out second time here. First time was great. No problems. We got our room right away. On check in, at 3:20, 6/23/21, Bridget asked us to wait until the room was inspected & released to us. Check-in time was 4PM, so we understood the wait. However, at 4:15, we continued to wait for our unit. The supervisor needed 15 more minutes to check it. By 4:35, we had the keys to our unit.

When we got to our home away from home, the dishwasher was running. But when we went to empty it in the morning, nothing was in it! When we made coffee, coffee grounds were still in the pot. We could not make eggs and bacon right away because we could not find a frying pan. Kit delivered it 20 minutes after we called. Good service! But our unit was "checked" before we got the key. So why was an empty dishwasher running, with coffee grounds in the coffee pot, and no frying pan?

The bed was comfortable, and no sunlight creeped in to wake us, due to black out curtains. All of the furniture was comfortable. Both flat screen TVs worked, as did the remotes. Kitchen had everything we needed - once we got the frying pan. We liked having the balcony, and used it to sit and watch lightning storms Thursday night. We had plenty of outlets for charging devices. We did not have time to enjoy putt putt golf or the pool, but enjoyed the pool in October 2019. Only if you are a resort owner is the internet free.

The staff was friendly, and apologized about late check in and lack of the pan for our breakfast. We do recommend this resort. It is 4 stars for small inconveniences.

We stayed in 2 bedroom. The unit was semi-updated. Paint and new flooring in main area (not sure about carpeted bedrooms) but shower looked like original tile. It showed some age but was generally clean.

Kitchen is small. Not a full size fridge, but we were able to get 2 gallons of milk to fit. The soap for the dishwasher was provided but the door that holds the soap didn’t open when I tried running it. I ended up hand washing our dishes all week. I did love having an ice maker on our floor. Made filling water bottles easy.

We did not use the pool or other amenities. Bring your sleep mask. The pool lights stay on all night and shines brightly in the master bedroom.

The location is good for park access (15-20 min to Disney). Easy to avoid I-4 traffic, but in the evenings International Dr sometimes sounds like a dragway.

One of the reasons I wouldn’t stay here again is that the laundry is inconvenient. The units don’t have washer and dryers. Furthermore, they are not on every floor so I had to go to another floor to use the washer and dryer. Fortunately I didn’t have issues having to wait to use them (2 on each floor).
The other reason is WiFi charge. We have college students that were trying to keep up with homework. We used hotspots instead of paying for WiFi.

WorldMark says these condos had a full renovation in 2020, actually it was much different than what they said. Upon arrival we found out that these condos are individually owned and managed for rental by the day or week or whatever by Wyndham. The condos have no maid services at all and you have to clean the place yourself. They will hang towels or toilet paper in a plastic bag on your front door if you request them by texting a number. Upon arrival first thing we noticed in both rooms that the carpet was dingy and really filthy, not something I would want to directly put my feet on to walk then carry germs into the bed sheets. I do have allergies so the dirty carpet was annoying and got me sick. I had to wear flip flops the whole time while walking on the carpet. They aren’t fully renovated and our condo looked as if it needed painting and new carpet. Most of the items in there is original bath and toilet as well as shower. The only thing that looked newer is the kitchen cabinets but they still was older than the renovation date they gave. We traveled a good ways and was expecting better than that. This is a timeshare place too and even the best condos called the presidential they show to try to sell time shares had stains on the carpets too. I wouldn’t buy a timeshare ever! but seeing stains on carpets is a big turn off for those who might be interested in buying one.we stay in the yellow building called Veranda. We never expected to have these problems, but did best we could to deal with it until vacation was over seeing that Orlando is packed with tourists and it’s difficult to just be able to find another place to stay.. I really hope they steam clean or replace the dirty carpets. They really should refund some of our money after experiencing that filthy carpet condition

We returned about a week ago to our home in the northwest from our first trip to one of the Worldmark East Coast facilities in Orlando Fl. We stayed in a two bedroom unit on the 5th floor. We really didn’t care for the design of the unit we were in. The kitchen and the overall living space was really small. The master bedroom was good size but the master bath only had a very small stand up shower while the guest room had a full bath and shower unit. To us that should be the other way around. The water pressure in the master was not good. There was no washer/dryer in our unit. There are decks off of the living area and a separate one off of the master bedroom which we enjoyed but there is no view of anything except the building next door. It seemed strange to us that even though the parking areas seemed pretty full as we walked around the resort we saw no one except facility staff. During our 6 day stay we saw only two families use the very small pool. We used it several times after making the required reservation which to us seemed ridiculous. We didn’t visit any of the theme parks but this resort is close to all of them. We plan on visiting some of the other Worldmark facilities down in Fort Lauderdale at some point but most likely will not come back to Kingstown Reef.

We’ve been Worldmark owners for over a decade. When visiting Orlando, we usually stay at the Disney or Universal hotels. We decided to stay at Worldmark Kingston Reef this time since we were just going to do Sea World, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens.

This is definitely one of my favorite Worldmark properties now!

We arrived in the early morning and stopped by to check in, not anticipating that they’d have a room ready for us. We figured we’d just drop off our bags and head to Sea World. Surprisingly enough, they upgraded us to the 2 bedroom deluxe and handed us our keys. This unit has 2 bedrooms (with a king size bed, and 2 full size beds) and 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer inside the unit, so it’s perfect for a large family or if you’re traveling with friends. I appears to been refurbished, so everything was very modern and new.

I can’t remember the name of the building they placed us in. It was the green and red building, and furthest from the pools… however, that didn’t bother us since the property is small enough that it was a very quick walk to the pools. The pools were nicely heated, and I liked that the main pool had a bench area where we could sit and splash with my 4 year old.

In between our building and the pool we found the giant checker and chess boards, the mini golf course, and the bbq area. We spent every night at the mini golf course… it was my son’s first time doing putt putt.

We walked to Publix, which is about a mile away… normally that would be about a 20 min walk, but it took a little longer with our 4 year old. We did some grocery shopping then used Uber to get back to the resort (cost about $9). This Publix is also where you can catch the free shuttle to Busch Gardens.

Sea World and Aquatica are about 2 and a half miles from the resort. We used Uber to get to these, which cost about $9 each way.

There is an I-Ride Trolley stop directly outside the resort which you can use to get to Sea World, Aquatica, and Publix… along with many other places along I-Drive… but we didn’t utilize it during our trip. I believe it costs $2 per person each way, or you can get a daily pass for $5.
