Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek garners praise for its well-maintained and tidy premises, with guests enjoying the resort's spacious rooms and extensive amenities, such as multiple pools and family-friendly activities. Its central location is a hit among travelers keen on visiting nearby Disney attractions, although some have expressed a desire for improved walkability. However, opinions on value are mixed, with concerns about timeshare sales pressure and additional fees. While the atmosphere is generally positive, combining comfort with entertainment, service experiences can vary, ranging from efficient to pushy.

First time as an owner visiting Bonnet Creek. The resort itself was beautiful when we arrived. I was confused at first since we drove into the Walt Disney World area using a rental car. Had no idea it was on Disney property which was a plus. Note, as owners you have free parking compared to the hotel side. Check in was a breeze and we stayed in a presidential suite which was huge and gorgeous on the 14th floor. Due yourself a favor and pass on the presentation or crucial updates for current owners as they try to get you to attend when you get your wrist bands. View on balcony wasn't great since it was backed to the parking lot and trees. Unfortunately, the bathroom was infested with ants. Called room service and a guy came up with a spray bottle of some non-toxic chemical which did very little. Complained and requested to be moved. We were moved to the opposite end of the floor with a great view, albeit the room was slightly smaller it was clean and had no pests. Food on the property (the beach restaurant at least) was mediocre and we went elsewhere for food the remainder of our stay. It was cool so we couldn't enjoy the pool areas which looked fun. There was a lazy river as well. Other amenities were closed such as the arcade, etc. but gym was open. Overall, I would return due to the close proximity to parks and the nice setting.

This is the third time that we have visited Bonet Creek and the last visit was in 2013. The resort has been maintained but could use some updating including updating appliances. Guest should not have to go to the fifth floor to get ice.
The property has several pools with slides and an outdoor putt putt course.

If visiting the parks and using the shuttle service it is $10/person and has one drop off and pick up time. If more than two people are going you might as well drive and pay $25 for an all day parking pass.

What really brings the resort down to a 3 rating is first there is no cleaning service provided for the whole week of stay. Even during the middle of the pandemic in June 2020 we stayed at a Hilton property and they provided cleaning service for the guest. Second, while my son and mom were in the condo someone from maintenance just walked right into the room without knocking asking about a broken light. We never called about any issues with lighting or requested maintenance. Thankfully this happened the last day of our trip because now no one feels safe in the room. Third be cautious of the free week of vacation when signing up for the timeshare presentation, nothing is free. There is still a $150 deposit required to use the certificate.

My husband and I stayed at the Club Wyndham Resort for the Valentine's day weekend and had a great time. The weather wasn't great and it rained quite a bit but when it was sunny and warm we enjoyed time by the pool. We favored the pool closest to the Vacation Center building since it was bigger and had more space around the pool. There was also a Hurricane bar there on Sunday so that was a plus.

We stayed in Tower 5 which is centralized to everything and our 1 bedroom suite on the 14th floor was updated and very clean. The view from our balcony was gorgeous!

The food was good everywhere we went but the best was at Deep Blu Seafood Grille at the Wyndham Grand next door. The food there was amazing so we had dinner there twice. The sushi was my favorite in Orlando thus far so we'll be back. The service there was top notch! The bar area was also very nice and the service there was great. There's a 10-15% food service fee at all of the Club Wyndham bars and restaurants so be aware of the extra cost. These fees did not apply at the Wyndham Grand.

The resort was pretty crowded considering COVID restrictions. Most of the guests wore face coverings or masks and the staff did at all times. The parking lot was packed so finding a good spot was challenging at times.

This is a family friendly resort so if you're looking for a romantic getaway this may not be the place for you. There were lots of families and children. Disney is close by so this is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting the parks.

The walks around the lake were great on the warmer days and the resort overall is very well kept. The staff was great as well!

I was not sure what to expect as my children made the reservation for this vacation and I was so glad they chose the Wyndham resort. I was impressed upon arrival with the expertly manicured plants and flowers around the resort to the grand entrance. I did find out this is not considered a Disney property so their are no buses to take you to the Disney parks but Uber/Lyft can pick you up from your tower. I did not want to pay for a rental car to have it sit at a Disney park and pay $25 a day.

The room had everything we needed with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee station with Lavassa coffee (nice touch) and all the utensils for dining. Having food items delivered from a delivery service was key to enjoying breakfast in our room as everything we needed was here. If you are coming to this resort and want to control your costs and what you have for breakfast it will be an option.

They even had a washer and driver in the room! We did have a chance to visit two restaurants at the resort which were both perfect for us. As you can tell I was impressed with the resort and the team at Wyndham were pleasant at every encounter. I hope this helps you on your vacation journey and keep making those memories my friends!

We stayed at the timeshare side of Bonnet Creek, but had dinner and drinks at the hotel.

Understand, but a little disappointed, that many amenities are not open due to a COVID 19. The amount of cleaning and care going on is phenomenal and makes you feel safe. Frustrated that all of the restaurants weren’t open. Since seating is limited one would think that all eating places would be open. Waiting lines for pools and planned closure times for cleaning. Again, not all pools were open, making this more difficult.

The rooms were spacious, well appointed and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom suite because friends came to visit us. It was nicer than some homes I’ve been in. Washer and dryer in the units. (Don’t know if that’s true in the Hotel)

Staff were always friendly and attentive. As we got closer to the July 4 weekend the place filled up. So happy to know that people are starting to travel again. Most complied with the indoor mask requirement and distancing measures.

The resort and hotel, while not part of Disney, is inside the WDW complex. I would recommend a stay here while visiting Orlando.

My wife and I own Club Wyndham timeshare time and have visited several locations around the U.S. over the years. We own timeshare time with more than one company and quite frankly Wyndham is the absolute worst of the bunch due to their strongarm sales tactics. This was my first visit to Bonnet Creek and we were pleasantly surprised to promptly receive our room key cards and parking pass at check-in, as we always had to deal with a sales person to get our parking pass at other locations in the past. However, we soon learned that Wyndham has a new 'trick' because we were told that the key cards were 'temporary room keys' and that we had to go over to another desk to receive our wrist bands. The employee my wife talked with was very nice but he was insistent that we needed to agree to making an appointment to discuss our VIP benefits. He kept insisting that we were already 'VIPs' but that we needed to meet with one of their people to let our benefits. After a lengthy period of time and many 'NOs!' from my wife, I got irritated and walked outside. I assumed my wife would follow however, the employee then insisted my wife had to talk to his manager, who also argued with my wife insisting that she just had to attend the meeting and he didn't understand why she wouldn't. (My wife finally left to meet me in the parking lot, with her wrist bands that we never used. The 'temporary' key cards worked just fine for everything we needed during our stay.) Then, later that night after we returned to our room from dinner, a manger called our room again to ask why we hadn't agreed to get our cash cards in exchange for attending a VIP meeting. When I tried to explain the manager just didn't seem to get it to I told him that No means No and they should not call us again. The resort is very nice, the hotel staff were very polite/professional, and there was ample parking for our stay. However, Wyndham's aggressive sales tactics continue to ruin any experience I have had with them. If it wasn't for the amount of timeshare time my wife and I own, we would never stay at a Wyndham property ever again.

We took a girls trip here in February 2020. The room was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We stayed in Tower 4 which was very close to one of the lazy rivers. We visited Escudos Bar and Grill numerous times since the food was excellent as was the service. We really enjoyed the breakfast, but the chorizo tacos we had for lunch were the best! We used Instacart to have groceries delivered from Publix and that was one of the best decisions we made. They even delivered wine, which was perfect for our girls trip!
I am a Wyndham Owner, but the pressure to attend an "Owner's Update", aka sales presentation, is still intense. It wasn't so bad at check-in as I simply kept saying no until they gave me my parking pass, but calling the room at 8am while I am on vacation and trying to sleep off that wine delivery was rather annoying. My travel tip is to simply unplug the phone when you get to your room.
We did not rent a car on this trip, and we did not use the resort shuttle service. We just called an Uber when we wanted to go out and they come right to your building.
My only criticism is of the pizza at La Cocina Pizzeria. Not only was it overpriced, but it was cold when it was delivered to our room, and it was sadly the worst pizza I have ever tasted. It cost over $20 for one pizza and we ended up throwing it away. It was worse than most frozen pizzas - like really, really terrible.
Overall, we loved the resort and would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

I’m here with my family during the last week of August. I’m not sure what resort some of these recent reviews were at regarding Covid mask wearing but here at Bonnet Creek all employees I have observed, indoors and outdoors, are wearing their mask and 90 percent of guest are wearing their mask, except when at the outdoor pools or outdoor dining locations where they are not required to wear mask. Also, the resort is doing a great job with social distancing floor stickers in the lobbies, elevators and pool deck. In summary, Bonnet Creek employees and management team are doing an outstanding job with Covid restrictions and should be congratulated under this difficult health circumstance while still maintaining an outstanding welcoming Orlando vacation resort. Congrats Bonnet Creek employees!!

Many Orlando hotels are great but employees are what can make it great. We met two great servers while staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Chris F and Chris P. We first met Chris F working at the property's great tasting pizza place and again at Escudos, the only location serving full food (due to covid). Both Chris F and Chris P were super friendly and even though it was pouring at this outdoor eatery, they made sure we were dry and we're so engaging we didn't even care it rained. Chris F heard of an elderly lady not able to walk through rain for food, he put on a plastic bag and delivered her food. chris P talked about his love of working for Wyndham. So good to see. Without people like these two, a resort is a resort. They made it a great personal experience we won't forget. Bonnet Creek if you read this, these are two great employees! The breakfast served was so delishious. French toast crisp outside but soft inside. Crisp big bacon, cage free eggs.... Beautiful tropical setting near pool. Great place.

This Wyndham Resort should spend as much time properly training their employees in guest relations as they do in trying to sell timeshares. My wife and I were having a drink in the only section of the pool that offered shade from the afternoon sun. Pool attendant Maria screamed from the pool deck that we couldn’t stand there and had to get out. We felt humiliated but at the same embarrassed because we thought that we were breaking hotel rules. Upon exiting the pool, I looked at the “Pool Rules” sign and didn’t see anything about standing in that section of the pool. I confronted Maria with that information and she responded that I could talk to a manager. I spoke to Managers Jamie Jones and then Haylie McComb about getting screamed at for a rule that is not posted on the board and Haylie, with a smirk on her face, answered that the rule is posted on the Employee Handbook and the 300 pages Owner’s Manual, which we don’t have since we are not owners of this particular resort. She further stated that people stand in that location all the time and they tell people to leave. I suggested that if this is an occurring problem then the resort should definitely install a “No Standing” sign instead of aggressively screaming at guests. Haylie sarcastically recommended that we should send our suggestion to corporate. After getting extremely angry and realizing that we were not getting any positive response from them we just left the pool area and went back to our room. Sadly, we may need to stay in this resort in the future as this is the Wyndham Resort closest to Disney World; however, we will try at all cost to make reservation in advance in other Wyndham locations in Orlando. On a positive note, this is a very beautiful and well maintained resort. Leo, at the front desk, was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; perhaps he should be promoted to manager.

I would request tower 4,5, or 6. Tower 4/5 are on pool/lazy river, and 6 has the pirate ship slide (also next to the Wyndham Grand Hotel). Ask for an interior room overlooking courtyard/lake view. Not sure which units have been updated. I believe they were working their way around with tower 2 possibly.

Since I worked with a carrier service airborne turned DHL Express for 25 years it depends on the service you use there's no extra charge to deliver it to the resort if that's what you're asking? I would just call or go on different Courier sites and depending on the weight of the package and the service you select is far as overnight second day or ground Freight it's going to determine the price you pay obviously overnight is going to be the most expensive the cheapest is going to be ground
