First time taking advantage of our Disney Vacation Club membership, and we are VERY impressed! Without exception the cast members have given outstanding customer service. The resort is lovely and our room is lush and comfy. I love the balcony! We brought coffee and filters with us so coffee on the balcony to welcome the sunrise is great. Only issue,...

This hotel is very nice for families. They have activities throughout the day for kids. And even movie by the pool at night. I didn't participate in any of these activities, I just saw that they had them, and seemed nice. Their shuttles to the parks is frequent and convenient. You can even buy a park pass at the hotel....

We did get DVC points here although we do say at other hotels at WDW as well. Location is important to us -- we want to be near something good -- MK, DS, Epcot. When it first opened (Congress Park) they still had fireworks at pleasure island. A mixed blessing, woke up the kids but fun to watch. But could...

Overall this is a wonderful resort especially if you enjoy walking. It's conveniently located within easy walking distance to Disney springs. Rooms are very quiet and most face green space and have large balconies. There are a few little things not up to Disney expectations. The bathroom fan is motion activated but doesn't stay on long enough for a shower....

My husband and I stayi The Paddock from 11/28 through 12/1. It was my first time in this section and I prefer it to The Springs where we usually stay. The Paddock was an easy walk to Disney Springs and to the Carriage house. We had a one bedroom suite overlooking a pond with fountain. Like other DVC properties this...

First opened in May 2004 and now the largest Disney Vacation Club Resort, the resort is inspired by the city of Saratoga Springs, New York. There were six of us staying and we had a spacious two-storey apartment with three double bedrooms and a reasonable-sized (but not luxurious) double-height lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, overlooking the lake. The resort...

This visit we stayed in the Saratoga Springs Tree Houses( for 4 nights) then 3 nights in a studio). Very spacious, fully equipped, even a washer and dryer. We usually stay at Boardwalk, so we felt this resort somewhat inconvenient to get around. The bus dropped you off at the Springs stop, then you wait for the treehouse bus. We...

Although the rooms are adequate this resort is the lowest on the food chain at Disney. If you do not care about where you sleep, it is veru convenient to Downtown Disney and the rest of Disney. When everything else is booked, you can usually find a room at Saratoga.

Nice and big to get away from it all (and them all!). Several pools, great dining options like the hidden gem Turf Club, and easy access to Disney Springs. VERY quiet. Love it here! Glad it's one of our DVC home resorts, because we can always get a room.

Had a great couple of days at Disney Saratoga Springs. Everyone was extremely friendly. It's a timeshare/hotel resort close to Epcot and the newly refurbished Disney Springs shopping/dining area. It's about 10 minute free bus ride to Epcot and you can take a pleasant free boat over to the shopping area (which has tons of great places to eat and...
