Rooms are basic, breakfast in diner was blah… not worth wait in line. Sitting by the pools was best part. Sort of felt shuffled around during the stay. Wish there was more on site activities to do. Maybe live music or something.

Read prior reviews and don’t think they stayed at the same resort. Everything was great, the food (very reasonably priced), very clean and friendly, have been on other vacations and believe this to be among the BEST.

Stayed at resort Oct. 19-23 The good: The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and lazy river. There were lots of life guards and other staff keeping the area nice and well-stocked with fresh towels. The resort has a second pool with a slide but is only open Fri. thru Sun. on the off season. Our room had a wonderful view of the pool and the Volcano Bay water park which has an easy entrance from this resort. The park shuttles were the best we’ve ever experienced in theme park shuttles. They were clean and comfortable & came quick and often. We never had to wait for a bus when leaving or returning to the resort. The resort offers a bowling alley, arcade, fitness studio, food court, and much more. Could improve on: Our biggest complaint during the stay was the breakfast food options and quality. It was quite pricey and all options were on the cold side. We loved eating lunch and dinner at the food court but the breakfast was quite the disappointment. The hot tub wasn’t working our entire stay as well. I would have preferred having a microwave in the room because it is a long walk to the lounge area or food court to use a microwave there. The in-room refrigerators could be colder as well. The line at the resort Starbucks takes way too long and you’re better off stopping at the one in City Walk which is much more efficient. There is also an added fee to purchase inner tubes for use at the pool and lazy river. Would be nice if there was an option to just check these out instead. Overall, we liked the resort and would stay there again. The beds were comfortable and the resort has many offerings for it’s price point. The location and efficiency of the shuttles made it so much easier to go to the parks. Will come again but plan on getting breakfast somewhere else or buying something quick to eat in our room.

Convenient location. Wonderful access to Volcano Bay Theme Park, easy walk to entrance. Clean rooms, common areas, and bathroom towels. Pools were disappointing because one was closed almost the whole time and the other required tube purchase to participate in river. Three people in two bed standard room, space minimal but adequate. Met our needs. Parking was very easy and plenty of.

Great hotel. The lazy river is a must! It will be perfect to relax after walking for hours in the park/s. Check-in was fast online, but we had to wait for a while in line. Check-out, was done in 3 clicks on my phone. At least stay 3 nights, so you can enjoy the hotel amenities. You can walk to city walk, it was approximately 15-20 min. Very enjoyable walk.
