We just returned from a three night stay at Cypress Pointe Grand Villas. I was worried about our stay because of the mixed reviews. We were very happy and satisfied with our huge 2 bedroom condo. The kids (9,12 and 13) really liked our condo because of the space and the jacuzzi. My husband liked the cleanliness and the security...

These condos have GREAT square footage, and you will never find yourself tripping over your roommates. We were 2 people in a three bedroom and had soooo much room to spare. We each had a master suite with lovely bathrooms and two kitchens! The condos are not the “Ritz Carlton” with style and luxury, but they are in a fabulous...

We began our trip with so much excitement, and anticipation! Upon arrival we were greeted so poorly by front desk agent JESSICA. She was rude, cut us off when we spoke, and literally seemed to be enjoying herself when she was able to tell us "no" to any of our questions. She was no help what-so-ever! She is doing a...

Hair in whirlpool tub we rinsed out b/4 we could use! 3RD night there @ 11P a 2-inch cockroach in 2nd bath. Front desk was called, they asked us "What...

The room was perfect and sparkling clean, there were 3 gigantic heated pools, one with tube slides, poolside service of food and beverage, a huge jacuzzi a great game room with pool tables, ping...

I am in my early twenties and I stayed there with my boyfriend and his family. We rented the three bedroom villa. Our side (my boyfriend's and mine) which was secluded, had a kitchenette, pull out couch, small dinner table, full bedroom with adjoining bath. The other side (which is the two bedroom) had a full sized kitchen, large dining...

We were looking for a place to stay for the week before we left for a cruise on Jan 2. We were lucky by looking on Craigs List and somebody was looking to sell her time at this Time Share facility. We took it sight unseen. Probably might not have taken it if we looked at ahead of time. Only...

We just returned from a Nice week at Cypress Point Grand Villas .We exchanged via RCI into a 3 bedroom . The size of the unit was very large and comfortable. We were 5 adults and the lock out unit gave good privacy for my mother in law.. Interesting to note that Cypress Point is actually 2 different resorts (...
