We have been coming to this resort for ten years. We love the location but the rooms need to be updated. The balconies need painting and they all could stand a good cleaning. The grounds are always good looking

Resort was great, rooms were big and clean. Only thing negative I can say is about the sales staff who try to "sell" the timeshare to you....VERY RUDE - Lynne in particular. She was very rude and when we brought this to managements attention nothing was done to compensate our embarrassment.

We enjoyed the stay here;everything was first notch from customer service to quality of our suite which was a 1 bdrm deluxe unit. Lots of room for the two of us and we loved the updated kitchen. There are two pools and they were never crowded probably because we were there in the off season late april. We would go...

The service here was beyond great and I was happy as can be with everything - especially the room, Ive been in dozens of wyndhams and the remodel here was the best I have seen...

Had ghost ants in our room on the first day and got worse over time. Call front desk to express my concern. The sprayed the kitchen on 2 different time and they seem to get better. However we had to throw out some of our groceries as these ants were crawling everywhere. It was very disturbing. After 3rd visit they...

Wyndham was great. Thank you Ryan Moore especially. You are the best. We had the wrong room the first week but Ryan got us moved for week two. We would definitely recommended this resort. Will go back next year. Thank you.

I like to be well prepared for a vacation , especially since my husband has some medical issues. Last vacation we found out that he also has issues with heat exhaustion. With forcasted 90 degree weather in Florida, I was a bit concerned about the check in time of 3 pm. I phoned the resort a few weeks before our...

I have nothing negative to say about this resort. Excellent location re good shopping and parks.Screen patio a plus. Room very nice and comfortable. A tea kettle would have been nice to have instead of small pot to boil water.
