The Embassy is a great location to the Amway and Camping World Stadium. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour was a great bonus. The rooms were clean and spacious. Walking distance to Lake Eola. We are very satisfied and will stay at this location again for future events in Orlando.

Hotel and staff went above and beyond our expectations. Besides needing a few more luggage carts and another elevator everything was great! Pool area was really nice and had a great view of downtown Orlando. Staff was very accomadating and the complementary breakfast and coctail hour was awesome!

Had a group rate that was not honored proceeded to pay full price and on day of check-in the room rate was down to $239. The agreed-upon group rate was a hundred ninety-nine I ended up paying 398. Talked to a young staff member at the front desk and was told tough luck

I am sorry that you weren’t able to get your group rate for your stay as we were sold out over the weekend it sounds like the group block filled up quickly. I have passed your comments on to our front desk manager for opportunities for training. Thanks so much! Crystal Smith Director of Sales

This hotel is in downtown Orlando, with no self-parking. If you drive, you're looking at $23.50 per day for valet, or a walk with $15 per day at a different garage. It is also in a high traffic area where there's not policing for noise. Cars with stereos blaring bass beats and motorcycles revving engines are the norm all evening...

Nice hotel, downtown Orlando. Easy walk to restaurants, close to Lake Eola which is a wonderful walk with lots of wild life. Happy hour was great, the bar was slow and the bartender was very attentive. Breakfast was the same, the usual cook to order breakfast or choose your own from the buffet. Pleasant rooms, which are the usual two...

Food service was excellent...They went above and beyond to be helpful. No shuttle to the airport and the Transportation desk said Uber wasn't available ( it was). Rooms facing streets are VERY noisy at night...Ambulances, motorcycles people partying. If you stay here, insist on a room facing the lake.

I was here for a business meeting for about 30 people. The meeting room facilities were good. The breakfasts were outstanding - with a full range of choices including custom made omelets. There many choices of nearby restaurants from casual to classy.in the downtown area. It was a welcome change from the fantasy atmosphere found in many parts of Orlando....

The hotel staff is very helpful. They gave good suggestions of places to eat. The hotel is located downtown and you can walk to any where downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms very clean.

Valet needs to get their act together. A lot of restaurants are not as close as the local staff explains. The use of the word reception is just so misleading and "walking distance " is a little bit of a misnomer
