Spent 2 weeks here with my family and the staff and facilities were amongst the best I've encountered. Nothing was too much trouble. We had connecting rooms and when we asked to be moved the hotel did this smoothly and without question to another set of connecting rooms. Would definitely go again

room was clean but nothing special for the price. Shower head did not function properly. Bed was old and sagging. Heated pool was ice cold. Restaurant wait staff clueless on every level, food was over priced ($18 for continental breakfast buffet you can get for free at most places) and $9.oo a day to park at the hotel was criminal....

I attended a convention at this hotel this past weekend. Although check in was fairly easy, that was the end of the hotel's good points. The room was musty smelling; the towels were like sandpaper; and once used, the wash cloths were never replaced. The food served was horrible! Friday evening's menu included slices of pork covered in a floury...

On the plus side: Very helpful and friendly staff. Room decor was nice and clean excepting the tub area. Free wi-fi. Nice flat panel tv. The bed was comfortable. Numerous choices for food within the hotel and within walking distance. My floor was very quiet. On the down side: Parking, and the breakfast (I did not participate) are an extra...

The most important thing about this hotel is location. Walking distance to Universal Studios, restaurants, and shopping. I didn't expect luxury and I didn't get it. I wasn't surprised. I paid a "value" price and got a value hotel. I was impressed by the food options at the hotel - I hadn't done any research on that and I was...

This is a very clean hotel that is convenient to Universal Studios. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone, and are all extremely nice. Last year we paid for a Universal view and it wasn't exactly what we expected, so this year I booked a regular room which surprisingly had a view of the pools. The cookies were...

Hello, We booked the DoubleTree thats located right in front Universal Orlando for the extended Columbus day weekend. The price I got online was 1/4 of what I've paid to stay at the Hard Rock thats a few blocks away, The walk to Universal parks took about 10 minutes each way. We had comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, refrigerator,...

Ask about parking fees, we had two cars for two days and it was another $75. Good thing I got the room at a great price! Staff was accommodating and gave us a room with a sleeper bed. Really enjoyed it!

This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Universal Studios. The staff was superb and very helpful and accommodating. We were there for a conference, and the service was excellent and the food even better. For the price, this was a decent hotel. The hotel itself is very dated and really needs a facelift. Our room was clean and...

Kayak?Hotwire is lumped into this as they had it listed as having breakfast included, and it wasn't. So, first off you have to pay for parking. Right there I wouldn't have paid for the room. So, after having had two hours of sleep I headed down stairs at about 8A.M. and asked where the complimentary breakfast was and when it...
