We just returned from our Disney trip and stayed in the standard view room. It faced a roof and back area parking lot, but we were able to see fireworks (and hear them) from our room. The room has a fridge, but no microwave. It was helpful to store leftover meals as a snack for later. We packed granola bears...

Ambiance, Location, Hotel facilities, boat rental, access to Magic Kingdom all out of this world. Artist Point restaurant is very top end and worth the effort. If you eat breakfast in the Roaring Forks it feels like a cafeteria and is manic in a morning...... Pool area very clean and totally safe, our kids loved it. We had a courtyard...

First trip to Disney for our family of 4! (2 kids 6 and 9) Travelled the week of Halloween. We chose this location specifically from reviews. It was a great choice and did not let us down. I did the online check in, so it was a breeze when we arrived. The room was very clean and well appointed. There...

We have been to Walt Disney World dozens of times over the past 20 years, and we always stay on the property, usually in one of the value priced hotels. We have always wanted to stay at the Wilderness Lodge, and we finally got the opportunity. It's a beautiful resort close to Magic Kingdom. As always, Disney's cast members were...

This was our first time staying at the Wilderness Lodge, and it certainly won't be our last! We absolutely loved the theming. We had a bunk bed room which worked out perfectly for us and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We liked that this resort was not as sprawling as some of the other larger resorts, which made...

We stopped at the Wilderness lodge Oct 13. After staying in other hotels outside Disney Area in Florida we were left disappointed with the Wilderness Lodge. We arrived to find the pool opposite our balcony being dug up and renovated it was a building site not the peaceful woodland view we had requested (yes I know they have to renovate...

We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge at the end of October (2013). It had a very laid back atmosphere. We had a suite and I personally felt that for my husband, myself and two kids (ages 2 & 4) it was a little cramped. There wasn't enough drawer space to unpack our clothing into so our suitcases remained all over...

This was our first trip to Disney. We went for a family dream vacation and planned it so we could be there for my daughters 7th birthday! Talk about a dream come true! After a LOT of research I decided to go with the Wilderness lodge and was so happy with that decision once we got there! We had a...

The atmosphere was great at the Lodge. We loved the quick and relaxing boat ride to Magic Kingdom. We would even take the boat then transfer by monorail to Epcot to avoid having to take the bus! I had hoped we could have upgraded to a room with a view of the fireworks, but we ended up with a courtyard...

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Wilderness Lodge. We had a room on the 5th floor facing the pool. We could also see the lake from our room, and at night, we had a great view of the electric water parade from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful! We liked the fact that the hotel was set on its...
