This place is a real charmer! It has a classic bed and breakfast feel while still being close to downtown. I was easily able to walk to restaurants and even a grocery store. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, my room was pretty and spacious, and the staff couldn't have been nicer! They went out of their way to help me...

We were assigned room 101. The room provided was not in the house pictured on the Trip Advisor web site. The room condition was poor, curtains were dirty, windows were dirty, and any wet towels hung up would touch a dirty pipe. We left without staying.

This is a very charming, tucked away, tell-kept bed and breakfast experience that is a 15 minute walking distance from downtown Orlando. It is in a very private area with lots of vegetation. The rooms looked over a nice courtyard that is perfect for just sitting and reading. There's a very nice continental breakfast in the morning and tables outside...

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyards at Lucerne Park while attending a Saturday night event on Church Street. The location is conveniently situated to the downtown area; a 15 minute walk or a $5 Uber ride. The property itself is beautifully kept, with a lovely garden area at its center. The B & B offers complimentary cocktails from...

The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne in Orlando was beautiful! My room felt more like a second home than a rental at an inn. It was clean, comfortable and well-lit. The inn was quiet, but I enjoyed walking around the courtyard and taking in the landscape, complete with colorful foilage, lights and fountains. This place would make for a great stay...

An absolutely beautiful place to stay ! Lots of art deco charm hidden right downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful courtyard to enjoy a fantastic breakfast ! ! ! And a really friendly cat on the front porch. Have stayed there twice and without a doubt would stay there again !

This was my first time staying at a B&B and it was beyond anything I could have expected. Situated in the heart of downtown Orlando and yet in a world of it's own, the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne is a magical getaway. I originally chose the property because of it's proximity to everything downtown and I was not at all...

I'm usually not a fan of a bed and breakfast, but this is my favorite place to stay in downtown Orlando. The rooms are spacious and comfy. We've stayed here three times and each time has been a real treat. There is a complementary cocktail hour in the evening and a nice continental breakfast that offers muffins, egg casserole, a...

Feels like staying in a charming guest house. You don't get an ordinary hotel room. You walk into a welcoming old charm. The regular rooms are similar to one bedroom apartments and each and every room at Dr Philips House invites you to its own individual character and charm. You will find art pieces throughout the place. Last but not...

We are traveling entertainers so we stay in a lot of hotels but I have to say this one was amazing! The staff was very helpful, the rooms were large and the property was beautiful. It's located in historic downtown Orlando in such a beautiful area, with plenty of free parking. The wifi was fast and did I forget to...
