This was our first time at Disney's Kidani Village. The room was well equipped with a small kitchenette, large bathroom and bedroom with comfortable bed and sofa. All the amenities that you would expect (even Disney branded toiletries!). Before visiting, I was second thinking our room choice- after hearing so many comments about the savannah view I thought I might...

This is the quietest of all the resort hotels we've visited, and the farthest from any attraction. Secluded, lovely with a definite African atmosphere, Kidani Village has all the amenities of a Disney resort, plus wonderful views of animals right outside the hotel. Cultural art is on every floor in nooks that explain their origins and use. A great hotel,...

Rooms are standard fare for the vacation club but a little smaller than old key west . Did not like the fact that you have to walk through the hotel to get to and from the pool . I prefer the out side door resorts so that when you are coming back from the pool , you dont freeze your...

The resort is really beautifully done, and the kids love seeing the animals on the savanna every day. The Kidani pool has a great water slide for adults and one for the little kids, and never felt overly crowed. Even during a very busy spring holiday season we felt like we still had a nice retreat in our rooms. We...

I hate to even write this review because I love Disney and as a DVD member, I've really enjoyed every one of my stays, until now. I don't even know where to start. Well I guess I'll start by saying that for the week I booked, only Kidani village or Saratoga Springs was available. Since we've stayed in Saratoga a...

(Note: I am a Disney Vacation Club Member, and I love it, so this review is probably a bit skewed to the positive!) If you've never stayed at Kidani Village at Disney's Animal Kingdom, you need to do-so. It is an amazing place. When we stayed, the resort was in the midst of an update, and we were fortunate to...

This was a very nice resort with an awesome view of the animals in the nearby Savannah. We saw giraffes, zebras, and wildebeasts daily. The rooms were also well kept. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with friends. The rooms were pretty quiet and well kept. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen as well. The only drawback...

Animal Kingdom is a beautiful resort but very spread out. We had to park a long distance from our room & they don't have carts to bring in luggage/groceries. At some resorts, such as Old Key West, parking is right outside your door so we were not prepared for long walks to room after being at a park all day....

I love this resort. When I return from a day at the parks, it is so calming and peaceful. It is a beautiful hotel. It does not have as grand of a lobby as the Jambo House but it is still a wonderful place. The pool is great. The only problem with this location is the lack of anemities. There...

Kidani Village is fairly close to Animal Kingdom. It's not like you can walk from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary, by simply crossing a street. You have a short bus ride. And you do have a twenty min. ride to the other parks. However, if you are willing to make that sacrifice, Kidani is nearly perfect. Incredible on-site restaurant....
