We arrived find that our 'two bedroom beach villa' was part of a large block of similar accommodations and more reminiscent of a Days Inn on the beach than a villa. The web site does state that some 'villas' are not stand alone constructions if you read carefully. I do feel however that use of the term 'villa' for what is...

Thank you for staying at South Seas and taking the time to review your stay. Should you return to Captiva and staying on the north end, we have two bedroom Marina Villas or two- and three bedroom Lands End Villas (both are condo arrangements). The Harbourside Guestrooms are also located on the north end, which are traditional hotel rooms. All...

Stayed for three nights at this huge resort on the north end of Captiva. Hard to find room in the dark. Room acceptable, nothing special. Had requested a king, got twp queens; too late to bother changing. Pretty spot overlooking marina. Manatees in the harbor were fun to see. Beach fairly close and very nice, attendants very responsive with towels...

We had a good stay with many memories. The only problem was our accomadations. We were paying a signifigant amount of money to stay in the beach villas. The villa was average and very old Florida. The kitchen was gross and the beds were uncomfortable. The rooms smelled and were not up to par for what we were paying to...

This place is really awesome. The grounds are wonderfully kept. A neat mix if landscaping and natural Fl. Rooms are very clean and nice. Pool is exceptional. Marina is first class. Food was wonderful. Lunch by the pool was exceptional. Rent a bike or golf cart to get around. This is a big place.

When a friend of a friend said that he wasn't going to use his timeshare, we jumped at the opportunity. We enjoyed the grounds, bilking and walking around most of the day. The pools, both at the condo and at the North End were wonderful and very kid-friendly. We fished off the T-dock, and our fishing charter boat came right...

My wife and I stayed 10 days in a 2nd floor Harbourside room in North Pointe Village in February. We had a beautiful view of Pine Island Sound with frequent visits by dolphins swimming just below us.
