Guests have called out the Inn On Fifth for its elegant ambiance, with its marble features and stylish rooms often receiving high marks. The hotel's prime location on Fifth Avenue is a major draw for those looking to explore the area's dining and shopping venues. While the rooftop pool and fitness center add to its allure, the spa and certain room amenities have not met everyone's expectations.
Service at the Inn is typically regarded as exemplary, though not without occasional inconsistencies. Despite its cleanliness and comfort, some visitors feel that the pricing doesn't always equate to value, pointing out hidden fees and less-impressive views in certain rooms.

Detailed Reviews
Finding unique and exceptional properties like The Inn on Fifth is why I have utilized and contributed to Trip Advisor for many years. As a platinum member of the Marriott/Starwoods rewards program I always check out the hotels associated with that brand first. In planning a quick, celebratory trip to Naples to escape some of the confinement forced by Covid-19 in Fort Lauderdale, I checkout the Ritz properties which had just a few reviews since their opening in May. In comparison The Inn had dozens of glowing reviews and was by far the number one rated on TA. People raved about the customer service and design as well as the strict adherence to CDC guidelines to prevent virus transmission. And now that I have had the pleasure of a visit, I can confirm that they were spot on.
We choose a king suite in the newer Club building. We arrived early expecting to leave our bags and go out to lunch. Natalia Hernandez, the club level concierge, quickly checked us in and took us to our room. She explained the accommodations they were using to safely provide the promised amenities. When we returned from lunch an afternoon snack was offered...six homemade white chocolate chip cookies. As we were preparing for dinner cocktails and a large plate of hors d'oeuvres arrived. Later that night we requested a couple of glasses of wine for a nightcap and they arrived within minutes. In the morning a complete continental breakfast consisting of fresh orange juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, various pastries and a beautiful bowl of fruit was set up on the dinning table in our room.
The room was all we had expected with beautiful lighting, three TV's including one in the very large and beautiful bathroom, a separate seating area, small balcony with two chairs and a very comfortable bed. It was very hot and the air conditioner had no problem keeping the room cool.
The major selling point for us is that the Inn is located in the heart of the old town area. The top notch restaurants are a short walk away. We have been trying to avoid valet parking since the onset of Covid and the Inn offers complementary self parking as well as valet. We choose the Boathouse for dinner one night and when we requested a cab from the doorman, he quickly put us in one of the Inn's electric open air vehicles. We were there in minutes and enjoyed the evening walk back through a neighborhood of beautifully and magnificently maintained homes.
Thank you Trip Advisor and The Inn of Fifth. You delivered again!

We just absolutely love the Inn on Fifth. Went to Florida for 4 days with my in-laws to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Inn on firth for a few nights and it was really just so perfect. It's appointed with such beautiful furnishings, everything is absolutely spotless. They have many unexpected touches, such as wrapping your cords in your room with pipe cleaners to keep them neat. The concierge service was really so kind and helpful and this area in Naples is so beautiful and the perfect place to walk from to everywhere. HIGHLY recommended.

Just came home from five nights at the Inn on Fifth. What a fabulous hotel and the perfect way to get back to traveling after a year at home because of COVID. The hotel is beautiful with lovely artwork everywhere, well maintained and very conscious of health safety. We stayed in one of the two uber quiet Royal Suites. It was beautiful, very large and luxurious with a super comfortable king size bed and premium linens. The sitting area was furnished with designer level sofa and chairs and a big screen TV. The bathroom was perfect. Big walk in shower and separate soaker tub and separate area for vanity sink and great lighting for applying makeup. Everyday the room was cleaned perfectly and our housekeeper kept track of our desire for tea k-cups so we never ran out. The pool/hot tub area is beautiful and much larger than it appears in the photos. Plenty of space and great lounge chairs and umbrellas. Was a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. At night it was fun to return to this area and sit in adirondack chairs around the firepit . We received great service and smiles from everyone we encountered at the hotel from the reception area to the housekeeping staff to maintenance people! They were all gems and one of the many reasons we will return. The other big pluses of the hotel are of course it's location right in the center of all the action (loved seeing people out enjoying restaurants, shopping and people watching again) and the ease of self parking and the fact that the room rate includes everything. Nothing extra for resort fees or parking. I wish more hotels did this. Thank you for a wonderful visit Inn on Fifth! See you next time we are visiting Naples!

First of all you can’t have a better location than this hotel. It is surrounded by many shops and fabulous restaurants. The beach is only a short walk away (about 5-10 min) but I believe they will shuttle you there if you don’t want to walk.
Upon check in we realized we were in the wrong parking area and wrong building. The woman at the front desk was so helpful! She was still able to check us in and called valet to take care of our vehicle and move all our luggage across the street. She even took my family across the street to make sure we were taken care of.
We stayed here for two nights and had a club level suite. The club level is pricey but it was fantastic! The food area did not have a huge selection or anything, however, there were some wonderful choices that had everyone in my family satisfied. You can stop by the club lounge for a quick meal, snack and/or cocktail. The club level staff was just absolutely wonderful too, always quick to replenish items that went quickly and eager to help guests find whatever they needed.
I am a neat freak as far as cleanliness is concerned so to be honest it is very hard to please me when it comes to housekeeping. The housekeeping staff here was top notch!! Our room was spotless and all our towels, bath products and coffee was replenished twice daily as there is turn down service as well. I have zero complaints and the only thing I was missing was some hotel slippers. Other than that I have zero suggestions on how they could do better because everything about our stay at the inn on fifth was fantastic. My family and I will be back!

The Inn On Fifth, Naples FL nice hotel missing the mark in a few areas.
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel. We upgraded to a room (#328) with a private balcony over looking the pool the website says. You couldn't see the pool from the balcony as they had put up lattice panels and artificial greenery that blocked that view. There was a table and chairs that we could have used if there was an umbrella so we could have used the balcony by getting out of the sun under an umbrella. You can see the lattice in the pics that blocks the view.
Big room, nice room except for a few items. The A/C ran all the time to keep the room cool but it never felt cool since it was so damp/humid feeling. The bath room has no air conditioning and it got very hot. The lights in the shower/commode room never went off. I asked the maintenance guy when they came to replace the small frig that didn't work and he said it was on a sensor. We were there for 3 days/nights and those lights never went off and the exhaust fan didn't work. That room was even hotter.
The hotel is beautiful and recently renovated. They did a good job. As for the valet parking which I used to park my new BMW X5 they parked my vehicle in a general parking lot under trees and it was covered with bird droppings. I paid the same as the Lamborghini, the McLaren and the Porsche but had to get my car washed since they parked in the regular parking lot under trees. Why did I pay for valet. I expected my vehicle would be in a protected area not the general parking lot. I could have done that myself. It wasn't the money I wanted to valet for the protected parking.
Overall I'd recommend the Inn on Fifth. We have stayed there several times over many years. The new hotel is nice. I'd stay in a room overlooking 5th Ave instead of the pool not room 328. The location is great for downtown Naples with shops and restaurants.
We'll go back again.

Dear JMMcD, Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your recent stay. We take all comments seriously and will consider some of your recommendations as an umbrella. This room did have a view of the pool but we put up a gazebo which now partially blocks the view so we are now calling this room patio suite. There are no hotel fees complimentary valet and we apologize that at the time you were here the hotel was full and we were unable to park your car under cover. We thank you for your recommendation and are pleased that you will come back again. We look forward to your next visit.

We were treated professionally when our room was not what we expected and offered a generous upgrade to a suite. It was beyond our expectations, thanks to the warm courtesy extended to us by a manager named Myriam. Our housekeeper, Sofia, took care of our room needs, making sure we had enough towels, toiletries and coffee/tea. We look forward to our next visit to Naples and will stay at the Inn on Fifth again.

We did several nights stay on 2 different occasions (July and September 2020).
We felt very comfortable during pandemic. We really enjoy the balcony rooms.
Spotless lobby, great proximity to many restaurants and shops also short walk to beach, walkable to a CVS as well,
They do have signs to ask visitors to wear mask. Hotel staff are polite not overly chatty, we interacted most with valet and they are super efficient. During hot days, call ahead to have you car pulled up.
Tips: Get the balcony room with fifth avenue view, borrow pool towels for beach, we also found parking around the hotel so we can get in/our of car easily by just parking along street rather then valeting each time.

My husband and I wanted to take a little staycation for our anniversary from and Naples is nice because it’s such a slower pace of life compared to Miami, so we decided to go there. I’ve seen Inn on Fifth several times while on day trips to Naples, and since it’s in the heart of all the action, I wanted to stay there. While reserving one of the Royal Suites, I asked for a complimentary bottle of champagne because of our anniversary, not expecting it all, to be honest, but I figured I might as well try. When we entered the room, we saw a nicely priced bottle on ice with a card and two champagne glasses. They won me over then and there.
The Royal Suites are at the end of the hall with their own double doors so it was kind of nice to get a little extra seclusion. And finally, having a large room with a seating area and a separate tub in the bathroom was so nice. We definitely got more than we paid for! The hotel itself is very very neat and clean, spacious and European looking with some of the structure and features. The hotel staff was also very accommodating. Overall, I just loved it there. I definitely will be returning.

Where do I start? My husband and I first came to this hotel on a solo trip getaway from Miami, FL. We love everything about Naples and would frequently pass this hotel while sightseeing on 5th ave in downtown Naples. We would always say "we will stay here one day" until we finally did. Man, where we in for a delightful surprise! As soon as you pull up to the front of the hotel, you are greeted by the valet gentlemen as if they have been expecting you... (Juan is awesome btw) but they all make you feel welcomed! We booked club level suites because we wanted to take advantage of the drinks and appetizers that were included in the stay price. Unlimited open bar from 5-10 pm and appetizers? YES PLEASE. That's a no brainer! The club level offers an independent rooftop jacuzzi/patio area for club level members only. And you also have access to the main buildings rooftop pool. They can even take your free drinks to the pool area. You will have a personal concierge making sure your drinks and apps and morning breakfast are scheduled... and everything about the rooms are gorgeous. We really enjoyed the luxurious bed, robes and bathroom. The balcony is a great place to sip drinks and take in the nice view. In room food service is a plus, and you also get discounts from the steakhouse across the street for staying at this hotel (Ocean Prime). They can also deliver straight to your room. Location for this hotel is clutch. There are many shops and bars/dining to enjoy. Also, everyone at the hotel is wearing their face masks which makes the stay feel even safer. After coming alone, we decided to bring the family and share the awesomeness. Everyone loved it. This hotel is great for both romantic or family stays. The beach is only a couple of blocks away. But, what makes this hotel truly special is the service from each employee. It really puts the icing on the cake! If you are thinking about booking here, do it. I promise you will not be disappointed.

looking to take a long weekend with my girl friend ,we decided to stay in Florida due to the virus and she picked the inn on the fifth , we stayed for 3 nights from July 23 to July 26 and stayed in the club suites . check in was easy we parked our car in the free parking lot always had a space to park, you have to walk thru the main hotel and walk across the street to the club part of the hotel. as I said check in was smooth they asked if we needed any help to our room but we did not so dont know how that would have been. the room was awesome a super large bathroom and shower a lot of marble , bed was always great not much of a view but was ok. as far as the perks you would receive being in the club section they easily out performed expectations with just a phone call we had everything they provided to our room in within minutes of our call, all the perks were delivered with care and very fast . So as I said Floridians please support Florida and stay in Florida and be Florida thru this time. The Inn on the fifth is a great place to visit

If you are staying in the Club Level Suites, a buffet breakfast is included.
