We booked a room for my family of three ( one child) and we booked on the second floor closer to the pool than the beach.. BUT the hotel is designed so nicely we didn't mind that we could see the beach from the room. We enjoyed the pool and lush garden view and walked 20 steps to the sand....

Family run, friendly, attentive and very well located. Condos are very comfortable and on the bay right across from the beach. We stay there every year and love it. Conveniently located to downtown, golf and other attractions.

We stayed for a week. The motel is very clean and staff very nice! The heated pool was right outside our door and the beach 100 steps away. The property is filled with lush well kept palm trees. We loved this place!!! The beautiful sunsets were a bonus!

We came upon this lovely place by accident. It's a 50 year old property that is well kept and you feel like your in a tropical oasis. The Valet staff was very friendly. The front desk staff, Karen and Chris were incredibly helpful and friendly. They treated us family. They answered questions, went over the amenities of the property. The...

I am fortunate to have become a regular here! I visit every few months and stay in the bay front condos. They are spacious, beautiful view and very clean. Turtle Club restaurant is a must! When they are closed walk a few buildings over to the Beach Box Cafe for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or drinks. Mercato is close by. All...

We have stayed at this property several times, both in their 2 bedroom / 2 bath condos and in their hotel rooms. The property is always well-maintained and clean with friendly staff. You can not beat the location with rooms on the Gulf of Mexico or on the Bay - both offer beautiful views and beach access within steps of...

We love the VBR. Right on the beach with wave sounds to sleep by. Rooms have small kitchenette adequate for small meals, but we eat often at their adjoining restaurant The Turtle Club. They accommodate us as best they can, as dinner reservations are booked months in advance. Sean Barry, is one of the best things about staying here. We...

I'm not proud of this, but I don’t typically write reviews for resorts where we choose to vacation. Upon returning home, the more urgent tasks of daily life tend quickly to displace any intentions to share our opinions with other travelers. Not this time. Our experience last week at the Vanderbilt Beach Resort and Turtle Club Restaurant was so uncommon...

Beautiful spot on the beach. This place makes it easy to go to the beach day or night they give you chaos towels and you can order drinks all day. I could just relax here all day. The restaurant had great food and no need to go anywhere else? Service was great and front office always helpful would come back...

This beach is absolutely beautiful to walk. Very clean. All a person has to do is fill out a small form for the use of towel (s) for the day, and the gentleman will walk you to your chosen lounge chair (s) and open the large umbrella for you. Once returning the towel, drop the yellow copy of your form...
