I have been here since friday. I have enjoyed my experience. Especially the happy hour. Sandra has really giving us wonderful time with her outstanding customer serivce. I cant wait to come back for vacation again. Especially for her she makes us feel welcomed and apart of the family.

The Hotel visit has been great so far really have enjoyed myself these last 4 days. Sandra was our bar tender and she was excellent made sure we definitely enjoyed ourselves and the drinks whoa!!! I'm coming back to see her for sure.... He yay Sandra!!

We have been to Miami a couple of times and nothing compares to the Chesterfield! It's close to the main attractions, and with the beach right across the street, amazing! And especially with Sandra as our bartender during FREE happy hour from 7-8, she is super friendly and makes wonderful drinks! Come see her and stay at this hotel on...

Great rooms, Sandra is awesome at the bar she sure knows how to make a drink!! Great place to stay all together. We were upgraded when we got to check in even though we couldn't get in early. Room were clean and we were welcomed by some fresh tunes

Mark was a great help with everything. Happy hour was good. Mark helped make sure we had a good time all weekend. Thursday thru Monday. He knows the city and the best spots to have a good time. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with anything. We needed throughout our stay.

Mark the hotel manager was GREAT! He went above and beyond for me and my friends our entire stay!!! He invited us to the hotel free happy hour every night from 7-8 o'clock. If we had any problems he took care of us himself. Thx Mark, appreciate you.

Well me and my girl canes in and we were having problems getting our room, and no one were really able to help us until. THE. Supervisor Mark Kelly step on the plate and help us out a lot, if it wasn't for him we would have had the worst day ever... THANKS MARK💯✊🏽

Mark was so much help! There was a problem when we came to the hotel and he was there from beginning to end to help us fix it. Very nice guy.. He was really the only person that was really genuine to us. Very good manager, 10 for customer service for sure.

The hotel is great! Everything beatiful specially the service!! Special thanks to Daliana, Jose, Lizette, Nelson and Maria!!! The room its really clean, organized... The bar downstairs its really great and with great service too. The localization is perfect!!!

The Chesterfield Hotel & Suites is located on Collins Avenue at the center of South Beach's Art Deco District. By merging the former Lily, Leon and the Chesterfield Hotel, the combined 90-room hotel now offers a wide range of room types and services. Want to lounge outdoors and enjoy a drink? Grab a cocktail at either of the hotel's two bars. Want to chill in an intimate alcove? Relax at the discreet and cozy outdoor lounge - a great vantage point to spy on hipsters walking by. IMPORTANT -- Credit card used for booking must be the same credit card presented for payment at check-in. The name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation and the card holder must be present along with a government-issued photo ID. Holiday and Special Events require a non-refundable prepayment 30 days prior to arrival. No early departures are allowed. Reservations are completely non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. Events include but are not limited to: New Years (12/26 to 1/3), Boat Show (2/12 to 2/16), Winter Music Conference & Ultra (3/15 to 3/31), Memorial Day (5/21 to 5/25) & Art Basel (12/3 to 12/9).
