Our first room as full of thick dust, a mildew stench, and a black ripped couch. We requested another room it was a completely different experience. Much better, but the first impression really stuck with me. I felt as if it was a bad movie....More

The 2 bedroom loft was perfect for my best friend's Bachelorette party. I did not like the valet service. We had to beg someone to help us with our bags after paying $35 for over night parking. Lobby is cramped.

Our balcony had no view and we could see directly into the building next to the hotel save for the bamboo and palm trees occupying the 3-5 feet of space between the buildings.

The Sanctary Hotel has an arrangement with the Shelbourne Hotel to provide beach lounges for their guest. It's $16.50 per day "resort fee" applied to your final bill, regardless whether you go to the beach or not. However... More
