This hostel has a really good location, close to Ocean Drive, but on a less crowded area, so it remains calm at night. That's the only good thing about it. The rooms are rather ran down, there was a huge leak from the ceiling in our room, we told the staff but it looked like they weren't gonna do anything... More

Great location. Friendly staff. Parties almost everyday. Near to ATMs, Nightlife and it is really beach nearby. Three issues only: breakfast and cleaning. Breakfast was too late and Hostel was a little bit dirty. I have been there in 2013, and also internet does not work in the rooms only at the front desk.

I staayed at the jazz hostel for spring break a couple weeks ago, and was bitten from head to toe by bed bugs. I called afterwards to complain and never received a follow-up, they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. If you are staying there, please make sure to check your bed so you don't have the same experience.... More

The Bad: [general] The staff is all rude, arrogant, young, stupid kids who don't care about the guests and have never been taught manners. In addition they will try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Friendly is a word that doesn't exist in this hostel. Yes, the location is good but your much better off at SoBe Hostel around... More

This hostel has been a bad experience! Have been traveling a lot and experienced a lot in different hostels all over the world, however this is seriously the most unfriendly staff I have ever met. If you can see in their face that they hate their job, you don't feel very welcome. Furthermore rooms only get cleaned when you ask... More

“I stayed in an 8 bed mixed dorm room. The room did not have a sink in the bathroom. It was in the room where the beds are. So, you have to use the sink in front of everyone else. So does everyone else. Also, it was not a mixed room.”
