This is a nice hotel in a nice location. Second time staying here. Only 2 complaints: 1) there are only 4 ocean view rooms with a balcony. All others have ocean facing windows that don't open 2) we arrived before the standard check in time and were told the bellhop would hold our luggage securely while we explored. After an...

Dear brenpat77, Thank you for not only for choosing The Palms Hotel & Spa as your home away from home but also for taking the time to share with us your recent experience. The standard procedure at The Palms is once the bellman receives your luggage, he waits until you check in and then decides whether to take your luggage...

Just got back from staying three nights at the Palms with my boyfriend. We wanted to stay in a hotel in Miami Beach that felt more like a quiet resort, and this hotel delivered exactly the kind of vacation feel we wanted. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved that they provided...

This hotel is great. Beautiful beach, nice rooms, great pool. Staff is friendly and it is clean. It's glamorous and retro and the pool area is gorgeous. Perfect for a Miami vacation. The location is great for walking around and is near south beach. Last year we stayed at the Marriott Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale and this hotel is...

Overall, this is a nice hotel- not near the Spring Break crowds, great pool and beach space and very friendly service. However, the "ocean view superior room" that we paid for and upgrade, is not superior, so I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. It is actually very small, even for just two people. They've leveraged every nook...

Dear Julie J We truly appreciate the time you took to let us know about your recent experience at The Palms Hotel & Spa. While we’re glad to see that you enjoyed our pool and beach area, friendly staff and the hotel overall, we regret to read of your disappointment with the room type you have selected. The staff at the tiki bar and the manager are so nice and kind. We were there for about 2 hours and had a better experience than at our own hotel (royal palm). They were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The drinks are well made and appropriately priced for the area. (12-15$)

While the hotel itself is very nice, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend to other travelers. Let me say this, I have wanted to stay at this hotel for many years now, but felt very disappointed. The beach is endless, which was a huge perk for me. But there is nothing in the area to really walk to. I...

Dear amandak2782, Allow us to start off by thanking you for staying with us and for taking the time to write a review. While we’re happy to read that you found the hotel to be nice, the access to the beach convenient and pool area beautiful, it has been to our deep regret to learn of your disappointment with the...

A special thanks to Karina Jureko for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. The hotel is superb as is the service throughout but Karina made it all the more easy for us to find our way around Miami and explore the town. Her patience and meeting our special requests was outstanding. Thanks especially to her, we plan to return. Dr....

My family and I (3 couples) traveled for our first getaway without kids. The rooms, while small, were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered plenty to choose from and all were delicious choices. The wait staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable. From the morning mimosas, helping with camera issues...

I'll keep it short, as I've reviewed The Palms many times. Still the same great service, still the same secluded, beautiful grounds and beach. The lobby and reception area have been updated, and they're absolutely gorgeous. We stay at The Palms every winter to get away from the Chicago weather, and I'm already looking forward to returning again next year.

Wanted to be in mid-beach, so picked The Palms. OK prices for rooms. We had a 3rd fl OV room, but not much ocean to see. Instead, we saw the roof of the restaurant. UGH. So, get a high floor or don't pay for OV and get a city view room, instead. Nice beds, TV, plenty of closet space. But,...
