Clean, comfortable hotel offering basic accommodation with an excellent location, easy walking distance to beach, shopping and dining opportunities. The hotel is very quaint. Excellent location to all things FUN.,..Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, & Shopping. Alex is AWESOME SAUCE! Every exit & entrance was acknowledged with a " Welcome Home/Casa". I will return to Miami and I will return to Casa Boutique Hotel.

We parked at the parking garage behind the police station about two blocks south of the hotel. Covered parking for $20 per day. Had no problems. Also, one of the on-street parking spaces in front of the hotel was supposed to be for hotel guests to load and unload but it seemed to always be occupied.
