The Mandarin Oriental exceeded my expectations for a luxury hotel in Miami. From the facilities to the restaurants and the incredible views of the Miami skyline, this is THE hotel for both business and leisure in Miami. The hotel turned my ho-hum business trip into an unforgettable experience. It's resort living within a short stroll to Miami's business center.I'm looking... More

We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite when the hotel learned we were staying as part of a significant wedding anniversary. The rooms had every conceivable ultra modern convenience. We felt. Totally spoiled. That said the Peruvian restaurant had a menu which you could not read in the dark and the food was a bit complicated for... More

The "New Miami" is a place called Brickell Key. The new name for heaven is Mandarin Oriental. We had a suite on the 15th floor, looking over Biscayne Bay and out to the Atlantic. There were Manatees and dolphins in the water below our balcony. The Mandarin Oriental was our weekend home after we'd been indulged on a 10 day... More

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. All our needs were meet with style. Upon our arrival we were personally greeted by the hotel manager, Mr. Robert Lowe. He assured us to contact him if we had questions or concerns! What a nice touch!

My original plan was to stay at a famous 4* on Coconut Grove for the two nights, but a discounted offer from MO - a 5* island hotel situated close to downtown Miami - made it an easy choice to switch. Original impressions of the lobby appeared to be on a par with the very best from more modern resorts... More

Notable how Front Office Managers Oscar Olivas & Jakub Kokandrle handeled my reservation and treatment. Breathtaking upgrade to suite 1905 #JustPerfect. All Staff's patience and persistence when the Hotel is fully booked is admirable. It was a must for us to stay around Brickel Key. Coming back soon for sure!

The Mandarin is in a perfect location: walking distance to the downtown restaurants off Brickell Avenue. The property is in a safe, secluded part of downtown Miami. The valet parking is a little expensive, ($38), but that is probabaly common for most hotels of this type.

Our three day visit was the kind that left us saying "we will definitely go back". The nice views of the city, the spacious room and comfy bed, the bar by the lobby, and the restaurant were all top notch. The staff was always ready to help us and would go the extra mile to make us feel special. I... More

Beautiful hotel with very nicely appointed rooms. Beach and pool area is very comfortable and pool deck service was thorough and friendly. Service overall was outstanding. Great quality, though very expensive, food.
