Unfriendly staff, unfriendly neighborhood, several members in our business trip were told they cannot have the room they booked because the hotel was overbooked. Not enough parking.

The mistake was ours initially and we contacted the customer several days prior to his arrival to apologize and to see if we could reaccommodate him elsewhere but he responded with verbally abusive e-mails toward our staff written in all capital letters and using profanity. At that time we refused to help any further. We ask our staff to respect...

I travelled with some friends to Miami and we decided to stay in this hotel because it is near everything, is is not a big hotel and the price is good. We did a lot of shoppings and somethings came to the hotel before us. They could keep everything for us being helpful and respectful . I was very grateful...

The staff is awesome. Helpful, give great advice, courteous, to say the least. Just as a random example, I asked for change at the front desk, and while he couldn't break it for me -- he offered to go to the gas station to get change for me! That's really nice. And that's just an example, very very nice guys....

My wife and I stayed here for 7 days. Our intent was to find a place that could provide easy access to the attractions and not cost an arm and a leg. Free parking and breakfast, as well as clean accommodations were very important to us and the New Yorker did not disappoint. One cannot say enough about Walter and...

The hotel is not in south beach, but not far from it by car. The shuttle-service for 10$ round-trip per person is a great feature. The motel (wouldn't call it a boutique-hotel) is clean, rooms have fridge and microwave. The breakfast is sufficient (bagels, bread, muffins, cereal, coffee, orange juice). The staff is very nice and their recommendation for a...

We stayed here before a cruise. It's done in Ikea, but done right--modern & clean & cute. This is not the Marriott, and you'll be disappointed if that's what you're looking for, but it is one of the best little family-run hotels we've stayed in. Everything is clean, smells nice and the staff is very attentive. Also, their cruise parking...

Was really looking forward to staying here but was very disappointed. The people who own it and are fixing it up are nice but I don't think they're really cut out for running a hotel/motel or have the money to do it up as it needs to be done. It's stylish - but done very cheaply and the cracks are...

This motel style hotel is first class if you want a nice clean very friendly reasonably price hotel in Miami. Walter the manager is sooooo helpful and genuinely a friendly guy, who nothing is to much trouble for. The hotel also has a small pool. So all in all this was a super place to stay in MIami
