We have not had the opportunity to visit this delightful resort recently but are so pleased with all the renovations done here!! Our suite is just stair steps from the white sandy beach and the view is spectacular. Ask for the Lanai Suites!! Service is perfect- food at all the restarants on property is delicious and served by knowledgeable staff....

We were there 3/29 - 4/5 for spring break with our kids. This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at the resort and will be our last. I'm Marriott Platinum and they usually upgrade us to an ocean view, but it didn't happen this time, which was not a huge deal. During our 7 day trip we were unable...

I understand that you felt the resort was too crowded during your recent Spring Break vacation and were unable to enjoy your experience the way you did on your past trips. I apologize for not exceeding your expectations. We continuously strive to improve our service and accommodations and will take your comments into consideration for the upcoming busy holiday seasons....

The resort is great and its one of the few places we have vacationed more than once. That being said, we stayed with Points because there is no way we would stay here, pay that huge nightly rate, have to wake up at 6am for pool chairs, battle for a parking spot (and pay $12/day for the luxury) and be...

My wife and I just returned from staying at one of the Lanai Suites at the Marriott Marco Island. Some advice for anyone who has never been there: -There are really only 2 pools. The hotel has over 700 rooms with over 2,000 gusts when full (the bell man said 797 rooms technically). The pools, and more importantly, the chairs...

Even though we arrived at the height of spring break, our experience was fantastic! First, we were upgraded to an oceanfront room where we watched the gorgeous sunsets and the Easter Egg Hunt. Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff for the upgrade :). The room itself was large with two queen beds. There were some issues with...

The hotel was nice but not worth the amount they are charging to stay here. The service was terrible. The line to get chairs at the beach by 8:15 was to the hotel pool. You must be prepared to wait for everything. Not enough pool sitting. If you want to sit at the pool plan to be an early riser...

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the waits you experienced while at our resort for the pool and beach chairs. Your stay was during one of our busiest times of the year and we do try to make this as smooth and quick as possible for all of our guests to enjoy the hotels amenities. I hope you...

Great trip, the pool was very crowded and kids are crazy with throwing the ball and hitting people. The resort is beautiful and lovely. Will come back but will try to avoid spring break. Being in education it is hard to not travel during the busy times. Beach is nice and beautiful. Went on a very nice sailing and shelling...

I was at the Marriott for Easter weekend this year. My family has been coming here for years and will continue to do so. As always, we had an amazing experience. Will not come here again. Cannot believe that one has to line up at 630 am ( one guest lined up at 4 am) TO GET A CHAIR AT THE POOL! When we arrived in the afternoon, we were disappointed we could not get a chair but figured it was because it was around 4 pm and we went to...
