This is our second visit but first to the Eau. How is that possible? Well this property was a Ritz Carlton and now taken over by the local management as an independent hotel. It is simply fabulous. As a Ritz it was great, as a Eau it is magical. The place has been upgraded beyond one's imagination of possibilities. The...

What a fantastic resort from the moment of arrival through departure every detail is attended to. Great dining, cocktails, ambiance, guest rooms, gathering places and full of relaxing, comfortable nooks and cabanas. The Staff Is Spot On with their inviting smiles, friendly assistance and fabulous guest service from the valet through housekeeping and ALL of the staff in between! Definately...

We arrived at 2:30 pm and did not get into our room until 5:00pm. Housekeeping was in our room right up until we moved in. It did not seem to bother anyone at the front desk until our group co-ordinator moved in and asked for action. We were a large work group and they also had a wedding going on....

This is a beautiful hotel with get eat views. I will definitely go back! The pools are very well maintained and the grounds are so elegant. The ventilation in the gym is lacking but the machinery is new. The spa is heavenly.

I have stayed twice at the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa in the past 9 months. Both of my stays were truly enjoyable and pleasantly surprising. I travel a lot and am disappointed often by hotels that have pretty high ratings. This is one case where the ratings were understated if anything. I found the staff to be extremely...

We spent a week at the Eau Resort (formally the Ritz) in Palm Beach, Florida. We met our adult children there (they live in NYC and needed to get away after a horrid winter). We had a lovely stay from the great service, food, drinks, grounds...but the best part were the guest rooms. Supposedly they have been recently redone and...

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms, great restaurants, friendly staff, great spa and beach and pools. However, they need to split off the family section from the adults section. I was there for my anniversary and had problems with children noise in the next room - even though my room was on the bottom floor next to the adult pool....

The best thing about this resort was the spa! Hands down one of the best I have been too- just gorgeous with beautiful outdoor areas, complementary tea and cupcakes and Great treatments. The pools were very nice, good efficient service. The outdoor restaurant was fun for happy hour with water views. Temple Orange had great albeit expensive food and we...

Spring for a room with a full ocean view. It's worth it. A partial view still provides a sea breeze but you have to lean over the balcony to actually enjoy the ocean. The balconies have these great egg shaped hanging seats--excellent place for a coffee and a sunrise! The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good amenities. The...

I stayed here for four nights with my wife in early May on a mini-vacation. We were given a suite which had both a water view and was disability-friendly. The suite was great – only steps away from the beach. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, with comfortable furniture. Figuring out the light switch operation was a challenge....
