For 3 nights we stayed in Reef 1 Cottage and loved it. There were 3 of us and the clean cottage was the perfect size. One bedroom with a queen sized bed for 2 and one pull-out couch for the 3rd person. We had a big fridge, and sink and a stove and microwave and used all those to cook...

The location is wonderful and it has a nice beach front. The Marina store is great and has all your needs for boating. When renting a suite with a kitchen you expect to at least have an oven to cook in but there wasn't one, There was a cook top, a microwave, a Toaster and a refrigerator. We stayed here...

We loved our stay at Dolphin Marina & Cottages! We stayed in the Reef 1 Cottage and although it wasn't on the water it was very lush and private. This proved to be beneficial to us because in the evening it was really windy, but in our little patio area, it was completely calm. The cottage looked exactly like the...

No ice machine after 5pm. inside the microwave was filthy. window air conditioner stuck in wall (not a window) about 2 feet from your head. inside front door light fixture- never figured out what it...

The only positive thing about this dump is the boat ramp. The rooms and cottages are beyond terrible in all areas including being just dirty. Do not even consider staying in this over priced poor excuse of a "resort".

For a guys fishing weekend, this place is just barely barely barley OK. To bring your family here, I suggest you stay home or fake an illness. $250 a night for an old dump. Old and stained towels, stained couches, Crusty stuff on the remote, rusty and dirty toaster. don't believe me, look at the attached pics. A little scary...

Cottage Reef 5 was pretty bad. The cottage was old, smelly and was only cooled by window units. The units couldn't keep it cool because it was so hot. Also, I understand there are ants in the Keys but it would have been nice if they would have ran the sweeper to pick up all the dead ones. We will...

Not a quiet family spot. This place is about boat launching and maintenance projects. Noisy machinery ran everyday here. AND the cottage has a major ant problem! The private beach does not exist. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

For $150 a night and $199 on the week-end night, the unit we rented was a disaster. The AC unit was broken, so a mobile unit was put in with a hose going through an open window. Our unit was unit (R4) consisted of a "kitchenette" ( Motel-size fridge that didn't function properly so the floor was wet from condensation,...
