This hotel was conveniently located and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and our room was very quiet. The staff was friendly. The facility could use a lot of TLC and a new coat of paint is not enough. The to on our room has chips and some black mold around it where it meets the wall. The room was very cramped. Lastly, the breafast offered could use more healthy options. Cereals were geared towards children. With a little work this could be a high rated location.

Hotel is being renovated, and it does need it. The ice machine on the third floor did not work, and the one on the first was all cracked and nasty. The room was ok, but did need redone – the safe was not attached to the floor and non-functional. Fridge worked fine and the room was decent size. The staff were very nice and seemed like they were learning the omputer – checkin and out was efficient. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausages, an egg/sausage sandwich, passion juice (yummy), breads, yogurts and cereals. The area was quiet, with a fast-food restaurants nearby. They have an outdoor pool, but not heated. For the price, it was ok.

I stayed one night on an overnight business trip. It was a very comfortable stay. Management was very polite and hospitable. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Great location off I-95. My wife's family lived in Lantana for years. It's certainly not Palm Beach, Lake Worth, or Boca but this New Yorker does not feel unsafe here.

Let me begin by saying I've stayed here many times in the past and this hotel was OK. But my latest stay was horrible. Let's start at check-in. A paper photo copy of my drivers license was made which I objected to. If they wanted to scan it into your secure server, then fine. But a paper copy can fall into anyone's hands and have access to my personal ID. Next, I was charged $100 PLUS TAX as a security deposit. I was told that if there was no damage to the room, I would get that back in 5-7 days. I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and I was never charged a security deposit. With the state of the room I received, they have some nerve charging ME a security deposit. When I got up to my room, there was an upholstered chair and ottoman that was disgustingly dirty. I took photos of this to the front desk and I was told I had to see the manager in the morning. I also asked them where the toilet paper holder was and I was told there was none. Just leave the TP on the counter. Later that evening when I sat in the desk chair, it was scratchy on my back and I saw that the vinyl was pealed off half the back of the chair leaving scratchy fabric and residual glue. In the morning I saw the manager and he did have both chairs replaced. At the same time I asked for extra towels which were delivered to my room by housekeeping. I specifically asked for extra towels as I was heading to the beach that day and wanted towels for that day and the next day. But when I returned to my room from the beach, those extra towels were removed from my room. Without any towel bar, I could not hang my used towels to use again and the robe hook behind the door was broken. Now I had no extra towels for the morning. I was informed on your website that housekeeping would not service my room daily but every third day, however, someone was in my room every day,. They never made my bed, vacuumed or cleaned the bathroom and only collected garbage and removed any extra towels. I have to wonder what they were doing in my room daily and I felt my privacy was violated because I didn't expect anyone to be in my room. Lastly, on my last night of my 3 night stay, toiletries were replenished in my room, however, the tiny shampoo container was HALF EMPTY. Which means, they gave me someone's used shampoo bottle which was only half full. I've had many previous stays at this hotel and I can assure you I will not return. Ever. This hotel has gone downhill. Could it be because of new management?

Very dated hotel which was dirty, and dingy. Many of the rooms smelled of smoke. The bathroom shower had hot water but low pressure. The room was dirty including the carpet and tiles. The door towel holder was attached by one screw and nearly fell off. The door stop was smashed into the panel and broken. The shower leaked on to the floor. The food was below average. The only good aspect of the stay: the hotel people were nice and helped as best they could.

Very nice hotel, I recently stayed two nights on different nights. My room was very clean and spacious. I like to note Marie, working at the front desk was absolutely amazing..!!! She checked me in even though my room wouldn't be ready till later and told me about a great restaurant on the beach. When I came back I was ready to go as all the procedures were done ahead of time. The next morning I needed my microwave but it was not working so I called for a new microwave but all the rooms were full so there were none available. Marie was working diligently to find a replacement. I had my new microwave quickly. As a Gold Choice Member, I wish there were more employees like Marie. She represents the company so professional and articulately. I have never met such professionalism with a cheerful smile like Marie. Also, like to note the breakfast was very nice, many different items to choose from and delicious coffee. Thank you Marie and Choice Hotel for making my stay pleasurable.

Beware of your BILL!!! The hotel tries to charge you for a "safe" regardless of whether you use it or not, and it is too small to put a laptop in. Also Hotel will jack in a $12 "resort fee" for the use of their pool. I prpaid my business stay, but was then told about these "other charges". Then was told on checkout that the manager, Jenna or Jennifer, would void those charges. Instead they showed up magically on my credit card bill a couple of days later. I called and spoke to the manager who said she would "look into" those charges. Since then she has dodged my repeated calls as well as an email. Will of course speak to corporate. BTW, I am a Diamond guest with Choice.

The hotel is very dated…a lot of busted wall moldings…our carpet in the room was filthy, to the point we used a pair of socks for “room socks” it was sticky feeling with dirt! Not to mention debris still on it where a sweeper wasn’t used at all and we stayed three days since it was prepaid and closet to our family in the area. My sheets were dirty, I showed housekeepers and POLITELY said I stayed the first night in order to not make a “Karen” scene but could they please put a clean sheet on..she was polite and said yes, she did. HOWEVER I left the used towels in a pile on the toilet so all she had to do was switch them for clean…my pictures show what we came back to at 10:00 that evening

Convenient location, but Ii need of renovation. Peeling pain in room. Toilet leaking. We pulled in and asked for a pet friendly room and we told that one was available. Later in the evening, a different desk person accosted us and told us it was not a pet friendly motel and the we would have to pay a deposit and fine. The original desk person said that it was her fault and that she had given us a pet room. The guy said he didn’t care and that we were still liable. Very bizarre. Will dispute through our cc, but was a hassle!

It appears this hotel has changed hands since I was there a few years ago. It looks old, paint chipping, furniture torn and chipped. They only have housekeeping 4 days a week because of "covid". There are signs everywhere you must wear a mask but no one does. It prides itself as a smoke-free hotel but the weed smoke fills every one of its 3 floors all day and all night to the point of not being able to get away from it. Breakfast time brings in the homeless to do their days shopping but no one did anything but tell them they shouldn't do that. It's a shame because it's near alot of fun places but it certainly is not worth the price.
