Telephone in room didn’t work, Cell phone was dead couldn’t plug it in because there was no USB plugs!! smelled like smoke, carpet was melted in several spots, WiFi connection issue and NO Breakfast served. Harassed for money at my car and then followed to my room!!

Low cost, dirty grounds, clean spacious room. Surly AM desk clerk prone to lecture and arguments. She could use a lesson in customer service. Breakfast was limited to one muffin and one granola bar per person and you had to ask for it.

Frond desk was polite and showed concern regarding my issue. However there was no follow up on the cleaning staff. I had reported and showed front desk pictures of the poor state of the bathroom, and was told that they would send some one to clean it. When I returned to the room it smelled clean however bathroom was still nasty.

If I could rate this in the negative I would. The room smelled of mildew/mold, it looked like someone shaved themselves completely in the bathroom sink, some kind of graffiti was written around the mirror, no phone in the room, the chair was falling apart, I was to afraid to pull back the comforter and my key card took multiple times of using it before it even registered the card. I walked in sat on my cooler, plugged in my laptop booked a new hotel and then checked out within 35minutes. Now I am trying to get a full refund on my 2 night stay.

I totally love staying at this hotel. The staff is polite and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. I get a King size bed, desk and chair, small refrigerator, two nightstands, portable stand for my luggage and a TV level with the bed. The bed is very comfortable and the A/C is so cold. The price, the room, and the security deposit of $25.00 is why I choose this hotel every time when I need a place to stay. If you’re on a budget and want a good and safe place to stay this is where you stay. There’s a RaceTrac store across the street and it’s open 24/7 which works best for me being a night owl. Popeye’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell are among the other restaurants minutes near by. Enjoy your stay, you won’t be disappointed.

Used bar of soap in filthy, moldy shower. Had to wear shoes because of filthy floor. Would not consider eating breakfast on or near property. Sink looked as bad of bathtub. Didn’t use towels … was afraid how long they had been there or if they had been used

The Room was disgusting the carpets were stained, the tup was cracked and there were roaches in the room. When we complained about the roaches we were told that it was a budget room. So, Budget conscious people deserve dirty insect ridden accommodations to feel comfortable i suppose.

If I could rate as a negative, I would. Super 8 really needs to remove their name from this property. We checked our adult kids in and took them to the room. The whole property was sketchy. The room was very dirty, falling apart and there looked to be someone’s leftover “paraphernalia” in the drawer. The kids went to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies. After seeing the pictures we were sent we decided to leave. Of course the full stay had already been charged so we needed to get that back. When my son went to check out the desk clerk said “Oh yes building 4 is the worst.” I’ll bet Wyndham is never shown those rooms.

... that I would be asked at check in to post a $25 deposit because I booked a non-smoking room I would have gone elsewhere. For the record, the deposit was returned promptly when I checked out, but my one star rating is well deserved.

Filthy walk ways in front of rooms littered with trash, food scraps, broken glass. Room itself not cleaned in weeks? ever? Baseboards grimy, paint chipped and stained, metal surfaces rusty. Upholstered chair in room covered in overlapping stains and smears. Front desk said no extra sheets available to cover it. Said hotel policy is not to clean rooms for guests staying more than one night until they leave. Walls vibrate when guests in adjacent rooms make moderate noise. Left early next morning. Hotel did return next 2 days rent. Did not return pillow (per request) left when fleeing room.
