Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at Lake Mary was like a home away from home but better. The staff offers friendly and personalized service which made us feel special and had a relaxing stay before our flight. The breakfast was good and the shuttle accommodations to the airport were flexible and easy to arrange.

Michele in the catering and sales office was instrumental in our efforts as we needed to have boots on the ground in Florida to assist in our planning as we could not be onsite for much of the planning living in TN. From the site inspection a year before our sons wedding to the week of the festivities Michele and her team was very communicative and attentive. The hotel was always clean, had a pleasant smell, and from what you could see, the staff always greeted us with a smile. (They wore masks)
The outside patio was the perfect location to host our family gathering the night before the wedding. We were able to bring in rentals and flowers to create a casual Nashville vibe. Michele communicated early on in the planning process that their sound system was not working. This allowed us to prepare and come with our own system.
The food was great, we had wonderful compliments from everyone, and the bar service was top notch.
The day of the wedding, we were able to utilize their shuttle service for the day and night. This was a bonus to all our out of town visitors!
I would not hesitate to refer and recommend this hotel!

Stayed at this hotel as myself and other family members had early flights out of Orlando/Sanford airport the next morning. Franklin was great in updating our reservation from one to two rooms, with a guarantee they would be close to each other. He sefinitely followed through. Upon arriving, front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. Rooms were nice, could see some minor signs of age but clean and comfortable. Area where hotel is located is very nice with alot of options for restaurants and airport is about 10 minutes away. Interstate 4 ramp close by to get on highway very quickly. Would definitely stay here again, mostly because the staff was so great to its guests.

Elevator didn’t work had to lug our luggage up and down three flights of stairs
Our room had a musty smell
We had drinks at the bar and asked for a double and got just over a single pour. When we asked the bartender she stated that’s what they tell me to pour. Didn’t have items on their menu. Just disappointed

This place is worth half of what I paid. For our honeymoon, we had a last minute flight cancellation and could not check into our airbnb. Out of hundreds of options in the Orlando area in the down season we drove 40 minutes to this hotel specifically for their hot tub and larger room due to my back/knee issues and disability. Upon arrival, I found out the hot tub was broke. The one bedroom king suite did not have a door specifically to the bedroom so person on the moldy pull out sofa mattress in the other room has to disturb the sleeper to get to the bathroom. I got in the shower thinking it would help and it is a cheap massager that hasn't been cleaned fully because the pressure was awful and some of the settings barely dripped out. This is a $150 stay not a $300 stay. Hilton customer service hung up on me when I asked for reimbursement. This place cost the same as three days in our airbnb townhouse with a hot tub. Not worth the stay. Look elsewhere.

Would not recommend this hotel. Our room was not ready and we took a room with two Queen size beds vs a king. The the website showed the room with two queens was cheaper we were charged for the price of two kings. We requested an extra sheet for a pack and play and it was never delivered, the coffee maker didn’t work, the microwave smelled like something was burning when in use, and there was a pubic hair in the tub.

I felt like I was staying at a hotel other than the Hilton. I paid for the Hilton but got a super 8 quality hotel. Run don’t waste your money. The bar is a counter in the lobby. Restaurant is basically a a table in the lobby and the menu was a step blow bar food. They cooked everything in the back somewhere. There was a metal window they passed the food from. I was told no shuttle from the airport only to arrive via Uber to find they did have a few shuttle. Had to ask for towels (only had 2 in the room). Had to ask for coffee for the room three times before we got coffee. They kept bringing up tea. Pool was closed early because it seemed like the evening staff was in a hurry to leave. Breakfast was served through metal window and was just ok. I’ll think twice before staying at a Hilton again. Very disappointed especially since I could of stay at a lower price hotel for the same quality. I booked it because it was a Hilton and I expected it to be Hilton quality. It’s far from it.

We checked in on Friday 4/8/22 in the room there was a mirror, on my way to the bathroom I scraped against it and it fell exposing mold, severe mold on both the wall and the back of the mirror.

I have pictures to prove it! I spoke with the manager on duty very enchanting person she asked if she could move me to another room but after a 3 hour drive from West Palm Beach and long day the next day with the wedding party I declined, she said to speak to a manager in the morning and they'll take care of me, she sent up a maintenance man he was awesome! He took the mirror, treated the mold and said to me speak to someone in the morning they'll take care me.

Hence, this is where the situation got sticky, I went down in the morning spoke to the front dest person, I asked for a manager, she informs me there isn't any on duty until 3pm, I explained the situation to her she was somewhat confrontational at first and then comped me for the 1st night, if you have video of the front desk, please cue to 10am. we left to get breakfast as we had an extremely busy day with the wedding, we returned and the same mirror that fell off was back on probably with the mold.

We then spoke to the supervisor from the night before when we were on our way to the wedding and she sent someone up to replace the mirror unfortunately the damage is done and I left the hotel disgusted with the service. I'm a Hilton Honors member and i have stayed at hilton hotels all over the US and abroad.

I booked my annual birthday weekend this past weekend with a well known travel
booking company. Imagine my horror when we got there Friday night and there was NO reservation! The man at the desk was NOT nice and didn't suggest any way we could work something out! Finally he told my sister to use the hotel website which she did, for an additional $50 for the same thing! Another desk clerk came over but said she couldn't do anything for us either! The website the guy suggested was not only more, but had a no cancellation policy so we were stuck!
You have to get your own towels at the desk, in person-IF you get get anyone to answer the phone! There is no cleaning of your room because of the pandemic, which is fine, but no new trash bags, no trash pick up, so toiletries given, nothing! I have stayed at other hotels during the pandemic and they have found a way to make it work.
This hotel probably doesn't care, but we will NOT be staying here next year. It's a beautiful hotel, but the customer service has gone to crap.
