This was our first visit to Islamorada. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing trip and we were lucky to find it here! From check in (Essence was great and explained the layout of the resort) to check out, everything was fantastic and everyone was friendly. Be sure to see Skylar at the Tiki bar! She was great! Marco was awesome too! The pool was heated which was nice and there is a large pool deck so you can lounge. Chao Hound was awesome, so definitely have dinner and an espresso martini! Nothing too walkable around the resort, but they do have a sister property next door that you can walk to and visit. Would definitely stay there again!
You get what you pay for here, lots of beaches, swim toys, loungers and SUN. 3 places to drink and dine. Live music, bingo and 2 swimming pools with a swim up bar. Recommend for a fun relaxing time. The staff was above average and generally friendly
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POST CARD INN!!! I love this place!!! The food was amazing. Staff was well knowledge in the menu and helpful through out my time there. The best part of my dinning experience was when Executive Chef Juan stopped by our table to introduced himself. Not a lot of Chefs take their time to know the customers. Thank you Chef Juan for the food your staff and you prepared for us. I had Ceviche, Firecracker Tacos, Chicken Wings with 3 different type of sauce. I had to try a little bit of everything. Delicious, you won't be disappointed.
Used to go to Holiday Isle but stopped when ownership changed and it became Post Card Inn. Although I hated to see the change, I had hopes that it would become one of the premier resorts in the Keys. Along with the change was a refocus that changed the focus which was not conducive to locals. I had the opportunity to stop in conjunction with the Fishing for Holly Tournament. This was a great opportunity for the resort to attract locals again and they succeeded with great food and service that allowed all of us to enjoy the location, views and restaurants. We were informed that in conjunction with the event that the Raw Bar Restaurant would be opening their kitchen and the new Executive Chef - Juan Cuadra, would be implementing a new Raw Bar Menu. Food in the past has been OK but this was really outstanding. We enjoyed some fresh Ceviche, Mahi Bites, Firecracker Shrimp Taco's, Keylime Buffalo and some really flavorful Cuban Coffee Wings. Chef Juan stopped to make sure we were well taken care of as well as get our opinion of his new menu. We loved it all and was also really impressed with the service and speed in which the food was served. Although it was a hike from Key Largo, we plan to stop more often to enjoy the food, music and ambiance. …
