Walking around KW last summer, we came across Simonton Court & vowed to stay there "next time". We planned a 3 day stay this summer & liked it so much, we extended another 2 days. Now it will be our "go-to" place in KW hopefully several times a year. What makes it special? The property is unique, w/ a combination...

Another great stay at Simonton Court during Hemingway Days. This year we stayed in the Historic Inn - Anthuriun (SC-8), may be our favorite room that we have stayed in. Just behind the black bottom pool and windows all across the front, plenty of room and a large shower in the bath. This is the only place we have stayed...

We drove to Key West and this was suggested to us by Karin at the Florida Keys Visitor Center in Key Largo and she guaranteed we would not be disappointed. Boy was she right. What a refreshing change from a hotel. This rather large complex was amazingly intimate. The houses and cottages were tucked among lush tropical greenery, 4 pools...

Simonton court is a key west rustic style resort. The location is one of the best just one street off duval yet so quiet. They have many options for rooms from smaller rooms in the inn to full suites in the townhouse to your own private cottage. They have 4 pools, a nice poolside breakfast and top rate customer service....

My husband and I spent our 30th Wedding Anniversary in Royal Palm Suite (TownHouse). It was wonderful - central air, balcony, jacuzzi tub, wet bar and a pool right outside. We enjoyed our privacy and still had opportunities to meet and visit with the other guests. The staff was very helpful in scheduling tours/trips, answering questions/directions - they made us...

This is a very charming property in a great location. The grounds are lush, tropical and well maintained. We particularly liked the private courtyard and swimming pool that went with our townhouse. The rooms are clean and decorated in a quintessential Key West Style. The location could not be better. One block from Duval Street and a quick bike ride...

Spent two nights in the Magnolia room. Cozy, clean and quiet. The Inn's property is lush, there are 4 nice pools and the front desk employees are very helpful with local info. Location couldn't be better. Close to Duval, Mallory Square, the waterfront and the hop on/hop off trolley service which was so worth it. Loved my stay and recommend...

My wife and I and two other couples enjoyed staying at the Simonton Court. We had three rooms in the Mansion. Beds were comfortable and the decor has a laid-back island charm. The top floor rooms have very small balconies. The second floor rooms have a large porch with lounge chairs. The entire area is very private and has four...

We have had the opportunity to stay at Simonton Court twice. Both times we stayed in the Royal Palm Suite-entered through a small well-appointed courtyard with a pool that we were fortunate enough to use exclusively. The rooms decorated in all white are lovely and relaxing and the grounds are lush with tropical plants that are well maintained offering a...

Have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Great little oasis smAck in the middle of downtown Key West. Quiet, great rooms with lots of character, great balconies, private pools on some rooms and good complementary breakfast but even better service from friendly and helpful staff.
