We rented the Palmetto Palm room for our one-night stay in Key West. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony outside for relaxation. There was a bit of a musty odor, though The couch made up into a comfortable bed and the room was just right for our party of three. The grounds in back are cute albeit...

First off, if you've never driven the Keys, fly into Lauderdale. Grab a car and enjoy the off gas at least one time. Their is also a boat out of Tampa that's very enjoyable if you have a larger group or if you just don't like driving. Or you can pay more and fly direct into Key West. Pack light...

We had a lower floor garden room. While the room was lovely and the facilities very good, for the price ($300 US) is pricey to have footsteps and dragging furniture overhead. I would highly recommend this hotel but I would ask for a lower floor and in the back, not facing Amelia St. There is a small pool, heated with...

We stayed in the ground floor of the nice little house a few doors up the street from reception. The room was clean and spacious with good facilities including nice hot shower etc. You are in the heart of everything just a minute's walk to Duval Street. The hotel also has a tranquil pool which was very relaxing and hot...

Loved this place! Very Clean and updated in both in the room and in the outdoor space (which is lovely). It is located on Amelia Street right off of Duval Street on a one way, so while you don't get all the traffic going by, you do have the convenience of being close enough to the action to walk easily....

We had the most wonderful time there! The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. The grounds and rooms were impeccably maintained and decorated. Calico, the house cat, was adorable and greeted us every morning to say "hello". The Douglas House was more than what we could have imagined. We can't wait to go back. We can't say...

We have been to this hotel twice and have already booked a room for next year. It is so close to the part of Duval Street that we enjoy. We just walk out the door of the hotel room and we were right in the heart of Key West. We are near our favorite restaurant called La Te Da and...

Room and location are great. We loved the space we had in our room. Originally we just wanted to make a quick visit to the Florida Keys, but we loved Key West. Due to our tight schedule we could not extend our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained the main attractions and how to get to them,...
