My husband and I, plus our adult daughter, came to Key West to visit relatives who are locals in Key West. Casa Marina provided such a beautiful relaxing, pampering experience that we did not want to leave! From the moment we approached the check-in desk, we felt pampered and accomodated. Most helpful, and so so fun to talk with, was...

We had a wonderful time here. Everything was wonderful from the rooms to the grounds. Awesome Austin at the beach/pool side was great along with Robin at the pool bar and the entire staff inside and out were great!

We recently returned to the Casa Marina after staying here 15 years ago (when it was a Marriott). Now a Waldorf-Astoria report, the snobbery level has been elevated. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the pool bar, to the restaurant waiter - everyone has an unpleasant tone and unhelpful attitude. For the prices you're paying, you'd think they'd...

My wife and I have been staying at Casa Marina for several years and always have a great time. Our room has never been ready upon arrival but the front desk will hold your bags will you do other things. We typically go to the pool and the front desk calls as soon as the room is ready. Robin and...

Honeymoon. Arrived. specifically picked the ground floor with patio, instead of the king bed suite. ordered a champagne platter for our arrival. After arriving and being told we were "upgraded" in which we declined we were told that the room was not ready. it will be shortly. well two hours later we arrived at our room, still being cleaned, no...

This best thing about this hotel is the lobby, those hammocks by the ocean and that whole ocean area; however the service, upkeep of hotel and staff are not good. The rooms have a mildew odor. The rooms are humid. The staff looks like they partied a little too hard the night before. But, the restaurant where breakfast is served...

My family and I stayed at the Casa Marina last week for a family vacation. The stay was great, from the service to the property everything was as I imagined a Waldorf Astoria would be. However, the keys to our room were deactivated multiple times throughout our stay. It was a serious inconvenience at a resort of this magnitude to...

This is a great hotel. Very convenient location, it has a nice beachfront area with a relatively large pool and an outdoor bar that has great service. The conceirge is very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the hallway to get to the rooms is a little dark. But I have been here 2...

This hotel has a great location with its own private beach. In Key West there really isn't another hotel like it. Offers plenty of water activities for people of all ages. Hotel staff is great from the front desk to the pool bar! Prices are on the high end compared to most hotels in Key West but well worth it....
