This was an incredible experience. We traveled with our daughter and the off patio room was perfect for the three of us ! The breakfast was excellent and the wine at check-in was a wonderful surprise. Derek really made our visit memorable by his welcoming manner ( with great dog). His restaurant recs worked out so well that eating in...

Our room was so cozy and inviting, with little touches of island of decor for the real Key West experience. but not overdone. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they upgraded us to a suite because it was my husband's birthday. How thoughtful. We rented bikes from them( very reasonable), and never had to use our car. It...

We loved this place so much that we returned for a second visit only 3 months later! The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. They were particularly good at recommending places to visit that would be of interest to us. Upon mentioning my favorite kind of bagel,...

We found The Grand on internet while looking for lodging in KW. The reviews were very good so we reserved a room for 2 nights. We were not disappointed. The location was within reasonable walking distance of Duval St. and many attractions( ie Hemmingway House). Be forewarned--Mallory Sq is 35 to 45 minutes walking distance. We drove instead to Mallory...

We booked this B&B based on Tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourists of Duval St. However, all the tourist attractions are a short (10-15 minute) walk or an even quicker bike ride. The property offers bikes for rent at a very competitve price. We appreciated Derek and Jim, with...

The property manager Derek was the most hospitable host to our first time in key west. He eagarly and patiently gave us the lay-of-the-land including food and day trips. The place was simple, cute and impeccably clean... perfect for what we wanted. Great place.

We live in Florida and use to live in the Keys. A few years back we found this little jewel and stay at The Grand Guesthouse whenever we need a Key West "fix". We appreciate its quiet neighborhood (with free parking) within walking distance to the delightful madness of Duval Street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff polite...

Derek was there to help us check in and provide great restaurant info. We particularly ejoyed the Tinkinis at the Hot Tin Roof. Great dinner and place to watch the sunset. Saw a show at Aqua. Enjoyed Jim and Jeffrey with their attentiveness and information. The room was sparkling clean and very quiet. Great coffee! I was too lazy to...
