The inn has a local charm about it. We stayed in the room with a balcony, it offered a relaxing and quiet space to enjoy the neighborhood scenery below. Bathroom could use renovating. Bikes are available to rent, provides easy transport to all the attractions. Probably won't stay again though. Owner was passive aggressive and accusatory.

Spent two nights at this beautiful hotel in the Key West historic district. The hotel is a converted house and is located less than 10' walking from the Duval street. It is a pet friendly hotel. Our room was at the ground floor with a nice private yard which our dogs really appreciated! Mark and Mike were very friendly and... More

The Frances Street Bottle Inn is a converted house and adjoining shop. Mark & Mike are very friendly and welcoming. On arrival our room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our bags and wander around Key West for a few hours before returning to our room. Breakfast included cereal, yoghurts, boiled eggs, ham & cheese croissants, spinach &... More

The owner gets upset easily and very rude. He started yelling at us because we mentioned we had trouble with the internet and tv. Rooms very small need update and tv very small screen. The beds crackled every time you moved and was more like a full then a queen. Asked for our money back and would leave after he... More

This B&B is fairly convenient to Duval Street - about a 10-15 minute walk. That was the best thing it had going for it. The manager was friendly, helpful and provided good information on what to do. Our room was shabby and in need of maintenance. It was comfortable enough temperaturewise due to the overhead fan and window AC unit.... More

The Inn is nice enough. The window air conditioners were barely adequate. We asked the inn keeper (who was the owner as we discovered) if we decided to stay for another night would the room be available. At first he said he would check. When we asked later he went into a foul mouthed tirade about the lady that sold... More

In a quiet neighborhood near everything. Hosts were accommodating, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was cleaned every day and the price was reasonable considering how everything costs more in the Keys. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Key West and wanting a place to stay away from the noise and bustle of Duval St.

This place is about 5-10 minute away from Duval st which is great because its nice and quiet at night. The staff is friendly and showed us around the place. Try to show up early because the parking is on the street and its good to grab a spot before other people do. The breakfast was good there was quite... More

We stayed for a weekend with our two dogs...they accept pets in two convenient rooms with a backyard. The owner Mark and the manager(?) Mike are awesome. If you like hotels with reception, etc......this is not a place for you...... Simple breakfast with all we needed. Great historic building and the location is far enough from Duval with the neighborhood... More

This was our first visit to the Frances Street Bottle Inn but will not be our last. Mark and Michael were the perfect hosts. They were very helpful and fun to be with. The breakfast was extensive for a B&B. A great quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all tourists destinations.
