During our Florida vacation we were able to enjoy a wonderful stay at the Mariners Club. What a beautiful apartment with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is fully equipped and you can find more on the park itself. Wonderful base for...More
We rented a townhouse here for a week.
The resort has good clean basic facilities including tennis and a pool.
It’s safe and secure, clean and tidy, and well located to explore the Northern Keys.
Good for a family short break.
Unit 411, backside of townhouse on pool and ocean. Lower level bedroom has no bathroom and no AC except if you open the room door that leads to another room. If the upper level was locked at anytime. Those sleeping downstairs had no entry. This...More

Disturbing report on Trip Adviser. Spoke to Joshua on Wed. before trip, he said place currently occupied, no problems. Checked in Sat. found all complaints still pending. Internet fixed Sun. morning, wrong password. Would come back Monday, didn't. Several phone calls, no response; went to Manager's Office, greeted cheerfully by Stacy, Mentioned Trip Adviser review, got every excuse imaginable; I said not leaving until she addressed our complaints, she called the police. Police were sympathetic, couldn't do anything for me Called Expedia, spoke to Susie, said she would do what she could. Issues to be addressed: Ground fault receptacle on patio broken; toilet would not flush; no Internet (wrong password); No telephone(broke);overhead fans defective, need remote; no bathroom light; no stairway light. Sun., Mon., Tues. waiting for repairs with electrician and plumber and housekeeping issues. If it wasn't for Susie at Expedia, we could have spent the rest of the week waiting. Sad.
