Very disapointed that Choice doesnt inspect their properties.I reserved room for the 24 and 25 .I save my points for family use.20,000 a night and felt good.Wow what a mistake and a useless loss of points. At arrival wife walked in.Lobby smelled like mouldy carpet and fountain smelled. Wife had hard time checking in.Clerk at desk wasn't to professional. As a diamond card holder expected a lot better. She was harrassed for her credit card when i told clerk mines on file when he called me to ask if she had permission to check in.He called me again asking another verification.I called 60 mins prior to their arrival to make sure they had a speedy checkin. When they got to room it smelled like wet carpet.Handicap room when the booking agent had me down for a suite.Beds were rock hard. This place needs a major remodel.Franchise owner needs to travel to Crestview Fl. and see how a Comfort Inn should be manage.Should of went to Choice at airport. What a waste of 40,000 points.Family came home tired and wore out.I dont recommend this Choice property at all.Thumbs down. …
The room was very nice especially at the price I paid, about $90. The breakfast was far better than most. But the hotel smelled dank, like mildew. It was rather a strong odor. It seemed to fade as I got used to it or as the place aired out.
The Comfort Inn is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Along with an exercise room on the main floor, there is a spacious and comfortable front lobby in proximity to the front desk. The outdoor swimming pool is ideal on a hot day and there is a taxi service to nearby attractions. One can also choose to buy their food at the convenience store across the street. There is a free hot breakfast with free coffee and tea all day long. I spent some of my time talking with the personable front desk clerks before going out in the evening. The hotel is quite pricey but there are the amenities that make up for the cost of the overnight stay.
We needed to stay in Jupiter while visiting a friend that lived in Jupiter. I picked this place because I had a $50 gift card to use up. The room rate of $134.10 plus taxes, total being $151.54 was a bit steep, but with the gift card it would have been OK. I had the card on my phone but they wouldn't take it, said they had to have it in their hands. I was upset. With all the technology you would think there was a way not to have to have it in hand. The free breakfast was the usual, nothing special. The staff was not the most friendly. I probably will find a different place next time.
For starters it took over 20 minutes to get our room key. The clerk had to do something in the computer for each room in our group, and we had reservations and did a pre arrival phone call. Then the room keys would sometimes work, and other times would not. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had the usual waffles and a few hot items. But the bacon looked uncooked and the so called scrambled eggs were light yellow and watery. Food like that should not be put out. And here we were in Florida and no fresh fruit.
