This property is just a short drive from the University campus. Typical Courtyard. But very clean, staff very kind and helpful. Very close to many good dining spots including fast food joints and a grocery store you can walk to. Movie Theaters a couple blocks away.

We tried the Courtyard instead of the Hilton this trip to UF. It was clean and what you expect from this chain. Beds were comfortable but not luxe and location was not as close to campus as we like (about 3 miles) but close enough. Not great food options in hotel but lots nearby.

I have been staying at this Courtyard by Marriott for many years for Florida Gator football game weekends. They have done a beautiful renovation of the entire hotel a few years ago and the upgrade of their food and bar services as well as their rooms are fantastic. Unfortunately, football weekends tend to be more expensive and a mandatory two...

In addition to the expected cleanliness and comfort, this Courtyard has the very best staff. Unlike the Memphis Courtyard we stayed in a few weeks ago, this staff is always helpful, as well as cheerful. The property is near the interstate with plenty of shopping and many restaurants nearby. 5 stars for the excellent front desk staff!

Looks newly furnished, clean, the bed linens are adequate for the type of hotel it is. Our rate wasn't great, $199. Impossible to get a king without Marriott status. We would have liked to be closer to UF, but that's our fault. The Hilton near the campus would have worked for our purposes.

I had a wonderful stay for one night on October 22, 2015. The hotel was in a great location and convenient to Gainesville and I-4. Jon at the front desk was able to get me in the perfect room for my short stay. Fitness room was well maintained and elliptical machine provided a nice work out. Tried a late night...

I stayed one night on a business trip to the area. Location is perfect - UF is to the east of the hotel and the hotel is right off the interstate making it easy to exit on and off. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient and easy. The room was a standard...

We stayed one night at this property and it was nestled in a quiet spot among lots of trees. Another great feature - you could walk to Publix, Target, restaurants without crossing a major highway. Property is a typical Courtyard with lightweight towels and skimpy bars of soap, but I come to expect that. Beds are always comfortable and room...

We have never stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott and found the hotel to be very clean and the staff very friendly. We had a huge room on the main floor and everything was perfect. We will be staying here again.

Got there on Friday evening. Nice hotel. Clean room. Good wait staffs. No free breakfast. But they have Starbucks coffee in the lobby for you to buy. Overall nice hotel to stay. Quiet and close to interstate. Also only 3-5 minute drive to UFL campus
