I quite enjoyed my stay at the Magnolia. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed. Near to downtown the area is also quiet and easy to get to. My only negative was the parking but that was affected by downed trees from hurricane Irma.
We have stayed there several game weekends and usually have a great time. The operators Cindy, her husband and staff are nice and very pet friendly. The issue is, she is full of traps that can cost you LOTS of Money.

You were told the cancellation policy when you made your reservation. The policies are very clear. Our policies are our policies and we like to follow them. I am sorry you did not read your confirmation or understand this.
Joe and Cindy are wonderful hosts, attentive to each individuals' needs. The common areas were comfortable and conducive for conversation with the other guests. The breakfasts were most enjoyable, with fresh fruit, orange juice , coffee and an entree. They didn't panic during the storm...More
