My husband and I wanted to get away early December and we decided to return to Magnolia Plantation B & B...what a great decision. We took our two small dogs with us and stayed in "Secret Garden". I can only describe it as enchanting - the garden was so serene with the trinkle of the fountain. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting...

We rented two cottages for two nights to attend my Son's wedding. Cindy and Joe are very friendly and have poured their hearts into the detailed decorating in each unit and ensuring a pleasant stay for all patrons. Fresh breakfast was top notch, and Cindy was always available for any needs. If you are looking for a modern minimalist decor...

We booked the Key Lime Cottage for our daughter's PhD graduation from University of Florida, in December. We were 5 adults, so the three bedroom cottage was perfect. The cottage was nicely furnished and well maintained. From the time of booking until check-out, Cindy was helpful and informative. The breakfasts were fabulous! Staff delivered breakfast to our cottage, which was...

Warmly welcomed in this special accomodation. Well equiped rooms, spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast served in the garden. Every evening a glass of wine with cheese and crackers. It was a great pleasure to stay here.

I purchased a night here for my husband for his birthday since he loves B&B's (I was not a big fan...until now.) We had the Carriage House which is the second floor of a separate building. I have never been so pleasantly surprised. The grounds are beautiful and transport you back in time with the beautiful large trees dripping with...

The owners, Joe & Cindy, and their beautiful campus of architectural and nature's surprises are very welcoming! He and she, their staff, the home and its history, and the surrounding grounds are an all-encompassing pleasant experience.

What a wonderful place! Joe and Cindy are the nicest and most accommodating hosts, this is our second visit and we always feel like we are visiting family when we stay here. The bed and breakfast is full of charm and warmth. It's the best kept secret around! God bless Joe and Cindy for being so wonderful and maintaining such...

It was everything I imagined it to be! The house was wonderful. The property was alot bigger then I expected, but that made it more exciting! I will definitely stay at their B&B whenever I am in Gainsville, it made my visit to UF less stressful and much more fun!

This house and property is amazing, what the owners have done with place is simply a site to see. Very hospitable and the stories of this gem were interesting and informative about the area. This is what a bed and breakfast should be all the modern tech (if you need it) and the coziness of old world living if you...
