this is not a fancy place, but it it has tons of charm, and quirkiness. we have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days here . the husband and wife team that run this have been exceptionally accommodating. we cannot say enough about how they treated our unique situation. I will stay here again.

My two children and I stayed here for a week mid June. We had stayed here previously two years ago. There has been countless improvements made since we were last here. This is a mom and pop or family run hotel. The owners are good wholesome people. The hotel is located about two quick blocks to the beach and time...

I just returned from a girls' weekend in Ft Myers. We stayed at this great little hotel for 2 nights. It was amazing! It was clean, fresh, and nicely kept. We met the owners who so nice and helpful with answering our questions. They told use about where to kayak, eat and hang out. I am a GM for Marriott,...

Stayed a week in the Hyannis Room-which is like a big apartment with a kitchen, kitchen table and chairs, 2 bathrooms(one up, one down), one private bedroom w/ TV, a free pinball machine, a TV downstairs in the living room, and 2 beds in the open next to each other. All of the beds are upstairs-you have to take a...

We only stayed one night, we booked the Bostonian room which is 2 queen size beds with a kitchenette. The room was extremely clean, the bathroom was spotless. For an older hotel, the staff really takes time and care to make this property nice. Its 3 short blocks from the beach, I saw beach chairs and bikes at the hotel...

From the outside this place looks a little odd, but the charm quickly grows on you. It's actually a very fun place to stay. The rooms are clean (shower head could use some lime-a-way lol) but we were pleasantly surprised. The owners aren't always around and the office is often locked up. That was odd. We didn't get towels replenished...

We came to the beach during the cool 😎 season for fishing. We wanted to all stay together I one place. So we picked the Sun deck. The two story suite sleeps eight very comfortably. Nice kitchen and living area. The owners are very nice and accommodating. They fixed the TV and did what ever it took to get it...

Short walk to the beach, great dining nearby. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, layout and overall condition. Some of the older Ft Myers Beach properties can be a bit seedy but the Sun Deck is well kept. Courtesy guest laundry a plus! The owners Rick and Rae treat their guests like family. If you happen to...

This place is for a person or family that need a place to stay close to the beach and the town square. Place could get little upgrade on the outside decks, bathroom. Inn has kitchenette which is a plus. We were comfortable average per night $83.00 with tax.

Great place to stay, close to all the action at Fort Myers. There were plenty of great places to visit nearby and good tips from the staff about where to eat. This hotel will not be for everyone, you are in the heart of the action and may very well hear it. There are no blockout curtains on the windows...
