Stayed here for four nights with my wife. As many have stated, the hotel staff provides exceptional service - kind, attentive, informal that grows on you daily. Room was spacious enough, beds very comfortable. The restaurant was very good as well - we had breakfast there daily and occasionally lunch and dinner. The club had more choices that were on...

The hotel is a lovely property. Nice size room, hotel is right across from the beach. I had business meetings in the hotel and they ran very smoothly. The staff service is outstanding. They accommodated all our last-minute requests for more tables, etc. There had been a miscommunication and the lunch set-up was short 10 seats. They rolled out another...

Need of an immediate renovation. Furniture stained, ripped, chipped and outdated. Bathrooms with chipped tiles. Restaurant had terrible service and selection. The driveway is so short and narrow had to wait in cab for 10 minutes before we could pull out. This place makes Super 8 hotel look like a palace.

This Ritz Carlton deserves five stars in every way. The best hotel experience, accommodations, customer service and amenities are superb. The staff treated us like royalty, and went out of their way to surprise us with a complimentary anniversary breakfast. Overall an amazing experience would definitely come back.

From the moment you walk into this hotel, you are treated as a valued guest. The ocean view rooms are incredible and I highly suggest this location for corporate meetings and functions as their meeting rooms are great and everything went so smoothly, even with a group of 75 people that we had all staying there.

Very nice stay with friendly helpful staff. Good location and service. Full service facilities. Concierge went out of his way to help with restaurants, activities. Only complaint - bed gave me a back ache.

Upon arrive we were greeted by a friendly staff. Our room was spacious. Things did not seem to be maintained well. An example is a broken lamp, which the bell man noticed but did not report 🤔 There were no outlets by the bedsides for charging iPhones iPads etc. if you use your phone as a sound machine and or...

We stopped at the Ritz Carlton for drinks and brunch. The bartenders were as nice as could be. Drinks and appetizers were top-notch. Brunch is a la carte, and delicious. Good service, too! Prices are high, but it was definitely a special treat that I would do again.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale infuses the Gold Coast with casual luxury as the city's first and only AAA Five Diamond hotel. The 24-story, dramatically tiered and glass walled structure has sweeping curves that are reminiscent of a luxury liner. Design elements recall the 1940's, with artwork that includes playful murals inspired by French artist Jean Cocteau and a 13-foot high mural of a seascape inspired by the 1880 painting, "King Neptune and His Horses." The property features 192 guest rooms and suites; a 2,200 square foot Club Lounge, 24,000 square feet of light-filled meeting space; a 29,000 square foot oceanfront sundeck with an infinity pool and private cabanas; destination Spa with an organic and active-botanical treatment menu and a water-view fitness center. Four dining and entertainment options include the new Via Luna Italian grill with seating indoors or al fresco on an oceanfront patio, the dramatic oceanfront Via Luna Bar, a private Wine Room with a 5,000 bottle wine cellar and a seventh floor Poolside Cafe with commanding ocean views. ... more   less
