We had a very nice stay for 4 nights at Royal Palms, the location is excellent just few steps from the beach and close to all the amenities walking distance to entertainment district ,restaurants and shopping. Its a good size property with 3 swimming pools (that is cool if you wish to be away from the busy swimming pool you just walk...

Stayed here for 1 night. The room itself was actually quite nice, although whatever they use to clean the floors in our room left it feeling both sticky and slick at the same time, quite an achievement. But overall the facility is really starting to show it's age. It might be the fact that it's situated next to an active...

Site was directly across from construction zone site. Debris in pool and around pool area from the construction. We arrived on a Friday and were told there was no construction work on the weekend....Wrong. Construction is Monday through Saturday. Noise from the work was loud and disruptive. Additionally, Staff was inattentive and slow to respond to requests. There are better...

We got a good last minute deal and stayed for one night. The Resort consists of 3 buildings and, like in many older motels. the entrance doors to the rooms facing to the outside. There are no elevators, so you need to carry your luggage up one floor if you room is on the 2nd floor. The layout is a...

This hotel surprises me each time I visit. It's super close (walking distance) to beautiful las olas beach and it's very modern chic with art work and minimalistic furniture but with purpose. Great for pleasure or business alike. The only thing I would advise is to beware of additional charges after checkout. Other than that, I've had a great time...

This resort has left many of its patrons leaving wishing they had never been tempted by their creative website promises. From Lack of sleep from the non existing soundproofing in the stark white concrete and and tile rooms - the bouncing cries from the unfortunate children enduring the soulless rooms - not to mention the paying guests --- to the...

Got a good deal for 2 nights. We had a suite and it was nice and comfy. Clean bed, clean bathroom etc. Quiet area but not far from restaurants. Wifi works. We didn't have to check gym or restaurant so cannot give more details about those.

We've stayed here many times over the years. Seems like every year, they offer less and less in amenities. Price is fine and location is great, but it seems run down and appears to be being run by a skeleton crew. No restaurant onsite anymore. Not even freshly brewed coffee in the morning. They provide mini coffee makers in the...

Moved out of Beach Gardens because of the partying spring breakers to a sanctuary at Royal Palms. Lovely comfortable room clean, stylish spacious and most importantly quiet. Pool was perfect and had a choice of the busy pool with bar or the quiet lounger pool. Gym was clean and just right. Staff gave great service. Would stay again definitely.

I recommend staying here but... Upon arriving, I thought that the cabbie got the address wrong. The entrance is very understated. Access to the adjacent building is not secure. The room, however, is large & clean. The bathroom is small but adequate. Currently, there is construction between the hotel & the beach (a new condo/hotel). * Monica, at the front...
