I've traveled all over the world for 40 years and never have I been in a more hospitable hotel than The Pillars. The staff is incredibly attentive but also gives you your personal space. My wife and I had a fabulous dinner sitting right on the water and they also served my favorite: Foie Gras. I can't say enough positive...

Nice getaway removed from the activity of the strip. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Beautiful view of the waterway. Water taxi available from the private dock; $26 USD pp/day. Short cab ride from the airport. Close to or walking distance to restaurants. Close to the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale.

We will be back! The Pillars is a wonderful boutique hotel experience. The location on the intracoastal is ideal as you can hop aboard a water taxi (or charter the hotel yacht) and tour the beautiful waterway of inspiring homes and yachts. Service was top notch. The room elegantly appointed was cozy and comforting. Bed very comfortable. Dining at the...

Quiet room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast by the water and dinner at the Secret Garden are a must! Nice to be able to walk "home". Hotel is a short walk to the beach and promenade - great for a morning walk or jog. On our last day we discovered a sea food restaurant and a deli by turning right...

This is our second time staying here and when checking out we booked our room for next year. Pillars is tasteful, comfortable, and extremely service oriented. Want your hot chocolate made with almond milk instead? Not an issue. The restaurant offers the best food to be had in all of Ft Lauderdale especially magnificent when you choose a table overlooking...

Wonderful boutique hotel near the cruise terminal. We enjoyed room service on the patio and breakfast on the waterfront. Rooms were clear and comfortable. Service was warm and unpretentious. Would definitely stay again.

Overview Small boutique Hotel member of the SLH (Small Luxury Hotels of the world group) situated in a enviable position on the coastal waterway in Fort Lauderdale. The architecture of the hotel is of British Colonial Style. At night, they have a restaurant called the secret Garden. This is essentially "open air" but tables are laid beneath gazebos on the...

Sorry the A/C 's had a problem during your stay. Like your home, mechanical issues occur from time to time. Even with the best preventative maintenance program things do break. While our A/C's are very reliable they can go down from time to time. The first sign of a problem is usually the noise emitted from the units As soon...
