The room was nice and very quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle. Didn't spend much time at the inn but did enjoy our stay. Loved the town too very good entertainment and good food. Everyone at the inn was friendly.

We are Honored!
Special Events Require a 3 day rental of The iNN with the event being on the second day and the third day for clean up and return of rental equipment to vendors. All equipment and or materials must be removed from property by 2 pm on day of checkout.
We have 9 rooms with various sleeping options. All rooms can be viewed on the
a 50% Deposit is required at time of Reservation.
Packages start at $5820. plus 12% tax and 5%gratuity includes full 3 day rental of the iNN including all 9 rooms and grounds. The iNN will accommodate 26
Guest very comfortably but has housed more, depending on size of children , we have accommodated 34 Guest. The Inn does not assign rooms during events, room assignments will be made by the renter as they choose.
*damage deposit of $1000. (totally refundable after satisfactory inspection of grounds and rooms) we suggest that you make your guest aware of your responsibilities and ask in advance for their cooperation and respect toward our rooms and grounds and your pocket book.
Any pet fees are not included in Packages Price, and will be charged at check in. All Pets Must be Leashed when wandering the grounds owners will be required a pet release form.
All other cost for chairs, tents, tables, food, etc...is paid to the vendor and that would be discussed directly with whoever is coordinating the event and that vendor.

10 TABLES
Our 8' rectangle tables are $8 each ($80); 6' rectangles are $7 each ($70)
Our 5' round tables are $8 each ($80); 6' round tables are $7 each ($70)
60 CHAIRS
Our tan or black folding chairs are $1 each ($60); white folding $1.50 each ($90); white resin (wide legs highly recommended for weddings or outdoor activities) $3 each ($180)
5 COCKTAIL ROUND TABLES ($40)
Our Cocktail Bistro tables are adjustable. They can be placed at regular height or up to bistro height at 42" at $8 each
DANCE FLOOR
Our dance floor an be as small as 3'x 4' or as big as 21' x 24'. Our outdoor dance floor sections are 3'x 4' at $25 a section. The price would be determined by the number of pieces it took to make the size you wanted.
EXAMPLE: 12' X 12' DANCE FLOOR X 12 SECTIONS = $300
14'x 14' TENT
There is no such thing.
Besides a 10' x 10', the next smallest we have is a 15' x 15' at $185.......but it is an older one and for the small price difference, may I suggest a beautiful new white 20' x 20' at $225.00.
LIGHTING
We have tent lighting in the way of a 30'-40' strand of globe lighting for $20 (one strand would be all you need for a small tent) & four globe chandeliers for $20. (see pictures attached)

Cancellation policy: Deposits are Non Refundable , Deposits May Be Transferred if the event is cancelled 3 months before the event date(s). If the event is cancelled anytime within 3 months and 30 Days of the event, 50% of the security deposit is retained and the remainder May Be Transferred . Cancellations with in 30 Days of the Event Deposits are Forfeited. Any other paid fees will be refunded.
