Once again, Addison on Amelia was comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. Bob and Shannon go out of their way to make sure that everything is the way you want it to be. Happy hour is a treat...wine flowing and amazing appetizers. I am allergic to black pepper, so there were special things made just for me...how spoiled can you be? Breakfast...

My husband and I just returned from an amazing couple of days at The Addison on Amelia Island. The inn is walking distance to the charming town that is filled with fantastic restaurants and stores. Every meal was delicious starting with an impressive, restaurant quality breakfast at the Inn. I have a gluten-sensitivity and Bob and Shannon made sure that...

Room, Inn Keepers, Staff, BREAKFAST, Perfect! The inn is in the Amelia Island historic district. You are in walking distance to all of that area and the best restaurants on the island. The daily "Happy Hour" is a great meet and great with the other guests. We Highly recommend the Addison!

Staff went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. They provided gluten-free options for breakfast. Room and location were quiet and comfortable. Within walking distance of excellent (and recommended) restaurants and shopping. Easy access to beach and Fort Clinch State Park. We just wish we had allowed more time.

Stayed at this bed and breakfast 3 nights at the end of March. Great location just a short walk to all the historic downtown restaurants, shops and marina. Had some great meals at Joe's and 29 South. We very much enjoyed the B&B and our room. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there were no children. The breakfast...

There were 8 of us visiting Amelia Island and staying at this B&B. All of us were happy with our rooms and our beds! They were attractively decorated and clean and spacious. We faced the courtyard which has a fountain. Nice comfy chairs outside of the individual rooms. The breakfasts were scrumptious, homemade, home baked, etc. although having an option...

Went for a 3 day getaway with dear friends who had stayed previously at the inn. Addison On Amelia is a lovely bed and breakfast with a great location - walking distance to the charming town. The home is a gracious southern gem...complete with a central courtyard housing a great fountain. The innkeepers are friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions...

Great location, just a few short blocks from downtown. The Inn is just lovely as are the Inn Keepers. Our room was spotless and well tended during our stay. Delicious breakfast which included fresh oj and baked goods delivered by the owner himself!

We looked at all the B&B's on Amelia Island and decided on The Addison for our anniversary weekend. What a great choice it was! our late flight in got us there at 1am, but Bob was on top of it and made our arrival very easy. Bob and his staff were wonderful. Our room, (#3) was just what we needed....
