Location-location-location. The beach was great. But there are other beach-front places costing a quarter of this one. This was a huge diappointment. It was our spluge hotel (nearly $400 per night) on a ten day trip to Florida. We expected it to be our highpoint. We were disappointed. Rooms were smallish. Just so-so. No coffee in room. No place in... More

My second trip, since December, to Fernandina Beach was with my husband, so we decided to try a Bed & Breakfast close to this quaint, historic town. We were not disappointed, even though the weather was cold and rainy the entire time. Our memories of the trip and the stay at this beautiful B&B was a fond one, and we'd... More

I only wish your rating system registered higher than five! The staff deserves a perfect ten! Everyone was so pleasant and eager to provide top notch service in every area. Of all the places we've stayed over the years, Tradewinds, with it's private deck and beach location, rates right at the top. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you... More

Beautiful and impeccable service and attention to detail. The setting overlooking the ocean was magical! We spent our wedding night there and couldn't imagine a better setting for our special occasion!

Charming and clean facility, very friendly and attentive staff make this a wonderful stay located on a wonderful space of beach. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom although we didn't use the massive bathtub. The room was quiet and being a corner room offered a view of the beach. We didn't want to pay for the beach front room:)). A nice... More

I had a wonderful experience at this lodge. I found the room, overall property, location, hospitality, and service to be very well done. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful and accommodating of my needs and special requests. I enjoyed having an ocean view room on the 4th floor and kept the window open every night to hear the... More

Usually stay at the Ritz and looked for a change in atmosphere. After a very picky friend recommended this Lodge I booked with high expectations. The staff exceeded them!
