My husband and I came here for a baby moon. We loved: -the beach, beach access, beach chairs and umbrellas provided by inn -Rick is an exceptional employee, always helpful and enthusiastic, staff in general was great We were disappointed: -terrible food for an inn of this caliber, we were appalled by canned fruit in the fruit salad, I can...

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary at the Elizabeth Pointe Resort and loved every minute. The building is beautiful. The rooms are very nicely appointed. We stayed on the fourth floor, ocean side. Wonderful sun rise each morning. Open the windows at night and let the sound of the surf and the fresh ocean air lull you to sleep. The staff...

We recently stayed at the Elizabeth Pointe Lodge and it was a wonderful experience overall! The Inn is located right on the ocean just a short distance from downtown. They offer a great breakfast or lunch in their dining room or on the front porch facing the ocean. Beach chairs/towels and umbrellas are available (not an additional charge as we...

My wife and I visited while celebrating our 33rd annivsy. We wanted a quiet break away. The lodge is Grand. The charm of an old house done correctly. Location, sits beach front with a nice porch with rockers. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

We booked Miller Cottage based on the photos and descriptions on the website- which turned out to be misleading. In truth, the cottage has another building in front of it obscuring more than half of the view. When we checked in I complained and the nice woman at the desk suggested that I speak to the manager. He was terrible....

While we appreciate you taking the time to review our property, we must report that this review is full of inaccuracies. At the time of arrival and prior to seeing the guestroom, this guest informed staff that she desired to departed one day early because of changed travel plans. Management then informed the guest that she would be responsible for...

This is our second trip to Fernandina Beach, and we stayed at the Elizabeth Pointe Lodge. We discovered upon arrival that the ownership had changed. We met the new owners, who bring many years of hotel experience to the Lodge. We found the service and front desk just as friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was as good as ever....

Location-location-location. The beach was great. But there are other beach-front places costing a quarter of this one. This was a huge diappointment. It was our spluge hotel (nearly $400 per night) on a ten day trip to Florida. We expected it to be our highpoint. We were disappointed. Rooms were smallish. Just so-so. No coffee in room. No place in...

My second trip, since December, to Fernandina Beach was with my husband, so we decided to try a Bed & Breakfast close to this quaint, historic town. We were not disappointed, even though the weather was cold and rainy the entire time. Our memories of the trip and the stay at this beautiful B&B was a fond one, and we'd...
