We entered the 2 br room to a strong odor. I am an allergic person so I searched for glade plug ins but didnt see any. We could only open 1 window to try to air the place out. I thought maybe they sprayed fabreeze all around. The place is neglected and the staff are gone at 4 on Friday...

The location can't be beat. The "villas" are located on the picturesque Rainbow River. I've stayed at older properties before but this place needs a lot of TLC and spic and span. The rooms are not modestly priced but the property is poorly neglected. Instead of buying a $1.29 plastic knob, for the floor lamp, one has to bend down...

We have stayed both at the cabins once, and at the villas twice, most recently 2 weeks ago. Staying at the cabins was 4 years ago. we really enjoyed it, but if you are bringing a boat, the cabins are a long long walk both to your vehicle and to your boat. This is why we switched to the villas,...

Our group of nine stayed in Villas 1 & 6 for a birthday weekend. The villas are fine, except for some nail clippings on the sofa they seemed clean. A/C worked great, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Nice size screened porch was a plus. The small property was well kept. This is a motel style property. The cabins, pool,...

The location is great. Where the Withlaco ochee and Rainbow Rivers meet. My husband would give it a 5 star rating because of the Marina where he can cast off his fishing kayak or bass boat and fish every morning and evening! Catch and release, of course. We generally stay at the Villas for that reason. The downside for me...

The cabins were spotless, cheerful, and especially comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and always happy to help make our stay a wonderful experience. We were either on the water or hiking every moment of each day. The scenery is spectacular. We came home with tons of outstanding photographs! If you love nature and wildlife but crave a setting that...

Our family scheduled a three night stay at the rustic cabins (Friday through Sunday), which looked beautiful online. Unfortunately when we checked in on Friday night, the air conditioning was not working properly, so the air inside the cabin was musty and humid. We also had issues with the plumbing. The toilet was not flushing properly and would back up...

We took our toddler for three nights and had a really wonderful time. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, the screened front porch with rocking chairs and a picnic table a huge bonus. Other visitors were extremely friendly, as was any staff member we encountered. Easy access to both rivers and to the paved bike/walking trail were amazing.

Great place right on the Withlacoochee River. You can sit on the porch and watch the wildlife. Two hawks serenaded us one morning. We stayed in the villas, which were close to the marina. The villa is suppose to sleep 6, but this was too small with just four of us. The kitchen was very small and could only have...

Been coming here since 90's use to be exclusive to members only. Now open to the public. New management. Was a peaceful family spot. Now a free for all party place at least in the cabins. Kids 12-15 in pool area at 11pm tossing patio furniture in the pool. Drunks running through the woods at 1am screaming . Packing tons...

I’m sorry to hear that your stay was unsatisfactory. We have quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and provide contact information inside and outside of all of our units for after-hours assistance. We did not receive any calls or complaints during your stay over Labor Day weekend. When we receive complaints about noise or unruly guests, which does...
