This was a 3 day get a way with my grandson. The Cottage was super cute, clean and great access right off the expressway. The resort is not geared towards kids but it worked for our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Getting to the resort is super easy as well as getting from there anywhere in Tampa area. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff. We stayed in one of the cottages and could not be happier. Our trailer felt like new. It was clean and cozy, AC worked well. The kitchen was great they provide you with all...

I stayed in one of their one bedroom cottages (mobile home) for two weeks. I needed temporary quarters for about two weeks related to a job relocation. This place was exactly what I needed. My unit (J-17) was virtually brand new and I noticed that the other similar units were very new as well. I had a full kitchen, a...

The staff is very friendly but you must be careful as to what site they will provide to you. If you take a regular site you may have surprise as to the cleanliness and access so consider taking a 'Premium site' there are good activities, and there is a very large French speaking population with a large number of them...

The area we stayed was a mixture of full time and transient units. More than 50% of the population are French only as the language, and with that population being seasonal owners, quite honestly, we felt like outsiders only being there for short term. We went to one event, led by a French speaking teacher which we were not advised...

Our experience here was very nice. the girls in the office are especially nice. The campground is nice and shady. There were some damp campgrounds but it had rained alot. The laundry rooms were cleaned very well but maintenance on the dryers wasn't up to par. But for the most part we had a very good time there. I am...

Would not recommend even one night here unless they lowered there price to $20.00 or less and you needed it for just one night!!! They don't even come close to other parks in that price range. They have an issue with muddy sights so if you stay don't get stuck! Do you plan on using the bathrooms bring your own...

This is a pretty campground and the staff were friendly. However the only people who return your hello or smile are English-speaking, and there's not enough of them. I'm not racist and I am Canadian, my own children are half-French Canadian, also I worked happily with a balance of both English- and French-speaking people for 35 years, but I have...
