There is much to do in walking distance or if you prefer bike riding. A golf cart is not necessary but is helpful in the park for getting stuff to the beach. They are not street legal for taking on Hwy 98. You may also rent a car that can be brought to your site. Walking distance includes; outlet mall, many food choices including amazing pizza and award winning BBQ.
