There isn't enough closet space. the lighting is horrible and the room is very dark. The mattresses are old and soft, as arre the pillows. They need to be replaced because of their age!!! It's time to redo the rooms and decorate!

This Hyatt Place was exceptionally well located for anyone wanting to experience the dining and shopping scene of Delray. Seconds away from a great variety of modern bars and restaurants and the Pineapple Grove arts district. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel

This location was dead center in Delray. Lots to see and do in the area. I hate paying for parking but there was no lots near the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff always friendly. I did feel bad for the only room cleaning Lady I saw. The first day we left the room

When visiting my family in Delrey Beach I stayed only at Hyatt Place Delrey Beach. This stay, as I checked in I was told no free parking or breakfast!, in addition to double my past room rate. I will seek other accommodations for my future visits to Delrey Beach.

Dear NorthStar47309288877, Thank you for your feedback on your stay at the Hyatt Place Delray Beach. I am sorry you were disappointed in your stay. I assume since you have stayed with us in the past that you are a Hyatt member in which case, your breakfast was free, and if not, we would have signed you up and offered you the free breakfast as a one time concession. As for parking, it was never free, there was always a charge for self parking. Valet service during season when we are full works best for everyone. We would love to welcome you back. Have a great day

Hotel was overbooked and we were put in an accessible room that was poorly kept. Also, we were charged for room service we did not receive, and the room was not cleaned on our second day. Can not recommend!

Yes. There was construction next door. However, the only time we noticed it was when we were relaxing at the pool. Otherwise, it wasn’t an issue. We have also stayed st The Colony in Delray and preferred the Hyatt.

Parking is somewhat limited. There is also a daily fee to park on the property FYI.

Sorry for the delay. They now do parking via concierge only. Not cheap. I parked on the local street, a block from the hotel generally. There are lots, as others have noted.

There is construction behind the hotel, it is now mostly inside work as the bulk of the outside has been finished- there have been no complaints in quite a while.

Family of 4 flying in next week for 4 nights, do I need to bring beach towels.?
Not sure if they supply towels for the beach but most likely have them for the pool. You’ll have to sign them out but not sure if you are allowed to bring them off property. Hope this helps.
