If you find yourself in need of a Tesla charge or perhaps a wonderful night's sleep, you MUST stop in the the most charming B&B, tucked away between Tallahassee and Pensacola. My husband and I had NO idea where we were. We walked a bit down the main street and found this amazing, historic "beacon. Tom and Pam, the Propietors...

We really loved our one night stay. Anne was a fabulous hostess, allowing for early check-in on a very busy day in town. July 4 in Defuniak Springs is equal to Mayberry USA. Our Room#8 was a quick elevator ride away, stairs were nearby. The room was tight. Could not walk between the bed and TV armoire unless you close...

Bed & Breakfast built in 1920s, still has old decor, charming old school feel. Loved the old pictures, and art work that lined every wall. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone that worked there were very nice and informative about local places to visit and see. Nice fireworks show on the lake, you can see from hotel. Will be staying there...

What a nice place. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and the breakfast and hospitality was amazing. The owners were extremely friendly as was the breakfast hostess. Our only issue was that when we checked in we were given wrong information by the evening clerk about local restaurants and so we rushed out to dinner without cleaning up - when...

We stayed for the last night of our honeymoon trip. It is a nice, quiet bed and breakfast. We were pleased with the friendliness of the staff and surprised with a box of chocolates in our room when we arrived. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with fruit, omelettes, bagel or pancakes. Needs some slight repair...

We stayed as a stopping point on our way to New Orleans. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. No problem with noise from the highway. Our only problem was it took a few minutes to find it. Would definitely stay again if near there,

Pros: The lobby, restaurant, and library are beautifully decorated and charming. The breakfasts are excellent and the owners are simply wonderful. Cons: the rooms are small and need renovation, the train can wake you up at night. The location is good for day trips to Santa Rosa Beach and Rosemary Beach.

We arrived here on touring bikes after 3 hours of hot weather riding. The innkeepers were so accommodating: ice water, secure storage of our bikes, escort to our room, info to dine in the in-site restaurant, etc. We loved our stay and had excellent food in the restaurant that evening. It is an excellent location to explore the beautiful round...

This hotel reminds me of going back in time...like to the 1950s. The lobby and breakfast room were nicely decorated in this old, square hotel with plenty of big windows on the ground floor. Our room was fine and had all the required stuff, but was not lovely...and the sink was next to the side of the bed because the...

My 2-night stay at the Hotel Defuniak was not long enough! There is a feeling of home as soon as you walk into the cozily decorated reception, as well as a high degree of professionalism, due to the couple who own and run it. I am so happy I didn't stay at one of the chain hotels in town! It...
