The location was great but the place needs some TLC. My experience with the Exploria reps is awful. Well one rep named Dave. He was extremely rude and intimidating. The heat in the room did not work neither did the hot water in one of the bathrooms. We couldn't open the dish washer with opening the oven first. My view...

Lots of renovation going on which detracts from the the enjoyment. Also, the cheap DVD players make watching a movie impossible. All the money paid to these places and you get the el cheapo equipment.

I started out in room 2032, but switched after about 24hrs because it was obvious spring breakers had overtaken the room next to me. Celebrations were being had. :-) The staff was very helpful with the switch; they gave me a few keys and let me pick the room I wanted. My advice for anyone staying here in the future:...

We have been owners here since 1999. We last visited in 2003. Between previous lack of maintenance and last fall's hurricane there is much work to be done. The great news is that it is being done with a will by very good people. This is soon to become once again a beautiful place to make memories!

I would be more than happy to give them a better review as this location is currently under refurbishment and they seem to know what they are doing. Our room was on the 6 floor and had a wonderful view. Hopefully it will be better soon. Our room was old and dated but again they are working on this. They...

Directly on the beach. Beautiful sunrise. Very nice pool. Lots of maintenance going on. understandable after fall 2016 hurricane. Units weren't well stocked - no hangers in closets, very little in kitchen, no pitcher.

The property needs work and new furniture. The best feature is the view from rooms and being on the beach. They appears to be upgrading the outside and units are clean inside. Rooms are on the small side.

The room was very nice. Bedroom was a little small. We felt there should be another chair with the sofa. The view was so relaxing. We played miniature golf a few times. The staff was so helpful. One recommended the little restaurant across the highway for lunch. Delicious!!! Another suggested Riptides, enjoyed our dinner.
